    I am so glad to find your channel. I have been on the Optavia journey for a little over a year. I have lost 60lbs but haven’t been able to reach the goal I set. I still need to lose 10 lbs to reach that goal and I am having a hard time getting back into the fat burning stage. I have a coach, but we do not live near each other and have not kept in touch. I also ordered the habits book and the life book and am in the process of reading those. (I am not one who enjoys reading and they are quite big books! 😒) I look forward to learning more from you.

    Thanks for all your help. I asked my coach if I can use recipes from an Optavia cookbook. She said just have a protein and 3 veggies. That just sounds so bland. You will be the reason I am successful at this.

    I was wondering to find out, and I was going to call Optavia.But they're closed today. If the cereals are coming back? Is it going to be different, or is it just not available?What's going on?

    Cant have fruit or carbs must stick to 850 calories a day for months. Of course it works!!
