    Making healthy meals like this is important but a diet that wants you to buy and eat their “fuelings” 5 times a day and make one healthy meal (on your own) without incorporating any exercise, is nothing but a fad. Healthy weight loss comes from a balanced diet and exercise or you will end up gaining back all the weight you lost on their “plan.”
