I use wet paper and bolt to remove the spigot bearing/bush Water paper jamed in the middle then use a bolt that just fits in the inner diameter of the bearing/bush and hit that with a hammer continue till the bearing or bush is out
I'll be looking to do this conversion on my S14a before too long (SR20), this was super helpful to see! Everyone says the bearing is a nightmare so good to know there's a knack to getting it out a bit more easily.

What socket do you need. Those flywheel bolts are different.
My car is Man but the engine i bought has a Auto flywheel.
