nah the silent one is an aliexpress board (GMK87) with outemu silent switches, even if you mashed them hard af the loudest thing at that point is gonna be the sound of the keycaps hitting off the pcb
To be fair, I did this to a Keychron K3. It helps that it has the optical switches, but honestly...a bit of GPL105, a syringe and some O-rings, and that's all she wrote.
Are you using the linears right now? Were they seriously loud enough to warrant lubing? just asking as i’m considering picking one up myself but the lack of software kinda blows :/

me, i was looking for basically this but with a slightly more thocky sound to it, just very very subdued as i like the sound of nothing while i’m typing, helps me get in the zone a lil more and also helps to not disturb my partner if i stay up at night gaming - prolly won’t be the sound signature i’m looking for, but for a total cost of around 70-80USD i couldn’t find a better introduction to the hobby side of things (been a mech user for about 8 years now but first time trying a custom so a cheapo off ali is perfect) also i’m nb as well not that it matters but popped into mind when i saw ur username :p happy pride homie
