@@mciarlillo1309 The standard config is rated only for 280°C because the standard version does use a 100k thermistor. This thermistor type temperature readout slowly becomes unreliable above 280°C. If you plug in a PT1000 or PT100, then you can reliable readout till 350°C. This hotend is not physically limited to 280°C, but cheap thermistors are.
Availability in Australia is very limited wish I can test it got one printer using voron dragon and the other rapido plus they are amazing hope I can test this one soon , fan from Sydney Australia.😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰
very frustrating but typical chinese. they have four similar products on there website but fail to explain the differnce or features of each. how are they still this bad at selling stuff. is it a disease? they have the rapido 2 in HF and UHF and then they have the rapido Plus 2 in HF and UHF. only difference i can tell is they have different thermistors. THEY WHY NOT JUST SAY THAT!! WHAY DO YOU NEED TO WRITE PLUS IN THE NAME?? WHY NOT MENTION ITS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODELS?? HOW ARE YOU THIS BAD AT SIMPLE STUFF?? why would i trust you to make a complex item if you cant simply inform the public of the features of the thing you are trying to sell them??
this hotend is a killer, using it since a while. its a multicolor monster
Looks great and seems like a simple upgrade going from the original design. Is it only rated to 280C? Been eyeing the Goliath lately.
@@mciarlillo1309 no, its not rated for 280°, that was just an example on how long it takes to reach that temperature

worst hotend i ever used, the thermistor placement is so bad, it makes temps innacurate, also it breaks super easily
