Elkhart's video have been instrumental in tweaking my arm balances and inversions. She is precise with how to prepare and execute challenging poses. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and guidance and for making me a better yoga practitioner.
Yeah! Thank you! I just started practicing this from a different video and I got it the first time after I watched you do it. Thank you for the instruction!
I love your videos. I tried this for the first time today and got it! After doing my own practice. I was nice and warmed up. I don't look as graceful as you but I did it. Thank you
I am currently learning lifts and my teacher is on extended vacation - I think I will surprise him with this when he comes back - I think this would have been in the next couple of lessons. Thanks
Wow, you know what? I am actually on a similar pose at 1:45 but with my right leg folded to the right of me. Your version is much harder... I just tried it ... the balance you need and you have is intense! Very nice!
Your good. I am a 43 year old M with a bad back. Some of the exercises I was given in physical therapy were yoga poses. I started watching your videos the other day with the beginners Pt1. I can already tell a difference in my range of motion. I guess it will be awhile before I am flexable enough to do that pose. I will keep working towards the more advance poses. Thank you so much for sharing what you know.
yoga is the best thing that ever happened to my bad back - I am almost 64 - I think I will be able to do this tomorrow or soon thereafter - I have just recently been doing Lizard. In my class though we have been doing lifts and I believe this will be soon.
My instructor calls the first pose "lizard pose"...it is a fantastic stretch, but I've not tried this vinyasa. Something to work on (as always in yoga)! Thank you!
Great performance......
