for a non combat way of gathering coal there is always the guiding lands (after you've leveled up zones to max level) and then go on a bonepile/mining nodes gathering spree
This is super helpful as a returning player who has played a boatload of MH series but only really played through the campaign of Iceborne and then shelved it for a while. Thanks!
Excellent advice, decos are vital to endgame and these are excellent sources. I've been playing on PS5 these days, getting used to that controller instead of my PC controller in prep for Wilds (my pc cannot handle Wilds), so I'll be doing some frozen flower picking soon. Thanks for the quick and easy guide, Dan!
Luckily in world u don't have to get that hard for the rare parts such as gems or plates. U just have to fight the monster to get monster parts then do bounties to get tickets to trade for gems
If you're early into MR and are HR50+, then a really good optional quest to farm is "My name is Lavasioth". I farmed that one around 10x today and managed to get a protective polish deco, a marathon runner, a weakness exploit, a few stun resist, and an ass-ton of earplugs... Every time Lavasioth jumps from one hole to another, a bunch of jewels rain down with the lava. Make sure you run around and grab those. You can get 10-15/run if you pick them all up
@@LightItUpDan TBH this is my first playthrough so I jsut hit MR14 / HR60 because i was farming mats for all the different elemental DB's. I've been doing both the MR1 foraging quest and the Lava quest. I'm planning to bounce between those until i hit MR24 and can do Zinogre.
Breaking fatalis chest will also give you level 4 decos, ive gotten a afew level 4 attack and expert jewels off him but again thats after me already having a good build and almost 2k hours played lol.
In my experience stun locking tempered kushala with a spread hbg is the fastest method for farming sealed feystones it takes a bit of getting used to but when you get the hang of it they will be raining down on you
@ for most fun i would mix it up for sure I’m just talking about farming efficiency I still don’t have double handicraft sometimes you just have to grind 😭
So 2 tips from someone who just did most of this grind. First if you want research points while the quest he said is good for getting both research points and decos if you want just points its a lot more efficient to run a expedition into horofrost and go to the same place then run to the butterbear flowers. Second when doing a farwell to zinogre run plunderblade and when he fall on his back net take out your endemic life net and use it on back. This will give a lot of extra rewards
Great guide, but I have had my grinding fix years ago on ps5 when i put 1000h into this game. Now on PC, I just want to get to endgame quickly so just gonna use some mods to give me all the decos I need xD
Bro really said Smash thatTeotussy and thought we wouldnt notice😂 that aside i didnt even know you could use the zinogre tickets at the melder 4600 hours later😅. It would say take them to the smithy. Yeah i need to rethink my MH career 😂 my brain just says Hont and so i do
"to maximise on your opness" I cackled at that one when I heard it lmao.
my people are finding me 😤
Well, I misheard it as "maximize your old penis", so it made me cackle for a very different reason.
@LightItUpDan you fired the SOS flare we simply responded

this is the standard way of gathering fuel, yes

I'm so glad, you're very welcome!

Hell yeah, sounds good mate! I’m sure it’s going to run really nicely on PS5!
I have killed that damn monkey countless times, and seeing you pull that damn challenger 4 gem made me cry a little. .5% drop rate is unreal
I don’t even need more either lol 😂
I just started Monster Hunter Worlds a few weeks ago I'm already at 100 hours 😂 the grind is real
If you wanna play I'm on PS5 ironjawjr
haha nice!

the HR50 ones can be helpful in that very specific circumstance, I can’t see anyone really hitting HR50 before the better MR quests particularly

This is my 54 round of farming jewel 4 attack and i got this today, what a long journey💀
GG but I wouldn’t really recommend using attack over the other attack increasing skills, it’s literally the last one you should use haha 💀

This game is extremely grindy
Extremely is an understatement 😂 Extremely effing crazy grindy. But I love it. Taking breaks help
YEEESSSS❤❤ THATS WHY WE'RE HERE!!!
This is what the core of monster hunter , no pay to win . Pure skill progression
Every MH game is like that.
You don’t need to grind for the decos at all, it’s just an extra thing for people that want to play more

whatever works for you! I know some folks that like running Lunastra the most out of the three haha

I don't condone it, but I get it haha
very cool

The forbidden Teo-WHAT NOW??
you heard
I'm pretty sure I got 9 or 10 sealed fay stones from tempered Teo once and I don't use any mods, so It's possible to get more, just highly unlikely!
They may have been other feystones alongside the sealed, but 7 should be max!
Nice vídeo
👍
Do you think you can do something like this for base world? Im stuck on the elders and trying to figure out the best way to get more decos 😭
It's not worth exploring until Iceborne, and even then not really until post campaign honestly
Can we got expert + and attack + with the numero uno quest ?
no
How do i change the fuel usage to 100?
Nvm
lol glad you figured it out 😂
