    I love your rhubarb jam recipe, especially since it doesn't have equal parts fruit and sugar like some recipes do. Have you ever made strawberry jam?

      Thank you! I haven't made strawberry yet, but would like to. I prefer to make my own for that reason, so many store brands are pure sugar. This rhubarb jam is going fast, my husband also made some and put cinnamon in his which is super tasty too.

    I would leave the rhubarb and sugar with water overnight so that they combine really well. You need to use so much sugar that way

    Cups are so inaccurate i cant believe the us still uses it. Its no good in cooking
