Went for a techy ride this morning. The only thing in my head was "slow is smooth, smooth is fast"- kept me going for all those laps. Thanks for your videos that dissect difficult trails, helping me through today.
I was blown away finding this a couple years ago and has been so hard to contain the excitement (and secret). Feels very validating hearing someone else say its a favourite 😆
I don't think nature will reclaim it. Once any type of trail is established it's very hard to remove completely. It'll need a walk with a saw to clear blow down and some wood work mended, but that trail will still be there in four years for sure. Definitely worth the effort to bring that one back to life when the time comes.
For anyone building trails try and place them where they will by safe from development etc. I have put a trail I made and now is a everyday ride for many outside a park boundary making it hard to claim. That was way before trail building was a thing but it paid off.
His description says trophy home construction at both ends. If that means top and bottom, not just climb access and trail exit, then 98% it's Cypress. Possibly Kadenwood Whistler but rocks and forest, and aspect not right.
characterized by a flawless run without any errors, trails like that are to be cherished and remembered.
all the love from Poland

What the forest reclaims, man can re-reclaim. The way you rolled into rock drop at 3:05 was gangsta, damn!
That's some next level riding right there Dale! Wow! And what a trail :) Great video

What an amazing trail!

Wow, the Big Moves just keep coming on that one. Nice work as aways.
What a great tribute.
These old clips really make me miss summer :(
Nice I gave that trail a roll in august. reminded me of pleasure trail.
Noooooooo😡
Silver lining…you sent her off with a proper bang!!! We’ve come to expect nothing less🍻
We DEFINITELY needed more multi-million dollar mansions instead of these trails. 😒😒
Stinks to lose that trail looks like a fun ride.
Its a magic trail Dale
The rock feature at 3:03... holy smokes Dale
did Braden show you that line Dale? 😆
Haha, he didn't but I can guarantee he'd appreciate that line!
@DaleStone That's funny. I never noticed that line and Braden went straight to it on his first ride through. Great minds...
Rad brah
incredible trail
Definitely not for med rider 😅, thanks for showing this trail Dale... 🤘
Trail was good to go today. I think there’s still a few rides left in er
Crazy trail!
Rode it today with minimal problems from the construction.
Fantastic news!
Double-ring for extra spicy
I just now realized you have an actual bell on your bike you ring and its not done in editing 🤣
Heck yeah it is!
At least the forest will reclaim it and not houses claiming the forest
just notice you've got sr suntour suspension. How is it compared to other brands?
Something was throwing me off for the first part of the video, until I finally figured it out... You're not wearing your gloves! 🤣
And it was horrible!
@@DaleStoneon that note, I notice in your vids that you seldom, if ever, wear knee pads. Just curious as to why.
@@danhull4376 aerodynamics 💨🦵
That really was at technical gem. I see why you call it your favourite…. though I don’t believe I’ve seen you post a video of this trail before?
I've been holding off on getting the perfect run, and the construction timing made sense as an upload!
Astonishingly great trail and riding Dale. Did I miss the name of this? (Moot point I sppose since it will lost to nature before long.)
now do it the otha way 😁
Just remember , it's closed at both ends but not in the middle.
Heli shuttles confirmed
@@DaleStone Hard to say without knowing how the "closed" part looks like but surely you can sneak by, surely :P
When did u learn to ride a cycle
Last millennium.
Just wondering why you blur out the background sometimes?
Secret locations
@@mattgiesyes but he's intro said mansion construction has blocked both ends.
Cypress most likely.also obviously south west facing slope.
This makes me sad and still the trail remains nameless . Where is it? Asking for a friend. lol

Cypress. Starts on the mountain and ends at bottom
@siggma220 ah geeze you're smart
@whistlerskibum I thought as much too but the terrain looks different. I ride a lot of Cypress.. was thinking either Burke or Eagle but...
