In Chile it's not chimichurri if it's not prepared in a mortar & pestle (it really gives it a little something special), otherwise is a salsa verde or something else. Great video!

How long can the pea soup stay good for if you freeze them?
soup can keep to at least 3 months in the freezer and tastes still delicious. do add some water when reheating it, it will thicken
