I love this episode, so many vegetarian/fish options! I was so inspired that I immediately made a potato/cabbage/cucumber salad with pangasius, inspired by your potato salmon salad. (Used mustard, oil and sweet chilisauce as a dressing because I didn't have the other ingredients, but it turned out really well.)

Made the second dish forfeit the chickpeas added shrimp cooked them in olive oil garlic and lemon juice...and tossed the orzo in olive oil parsley and lemon juice... yummies 😋

I can't wait for warmer weather to make your salads (I do salad prep in the summer for days when I know I'll be way busy) and I already cook chicken and beans in bulk, with some type of starch to go with....wow, these do look good!

I'm a flight attendant so I struggle to cook and prep meals that I can carry and that will last me for 3, sometimes 4 days while I travel and I'm away from home.. Do you ever take the food you make to go for a long period? have you traveled with these meals you've made and carried them overnight? Any tips you can give me I would appreciate it. I absolutely love your channel and you have a new fan.

Just sucks that I'm allergic to cucumber, I'll have to leave it out :( I love cucumber too. But I really like that you could switch it up a lot by switching out orzo pasta for rice or even quinoa. Loving these meal preps!
The one with bbq chicken actually sounds really good down to the core for me. And I don't like salad, and I don't really like veggies in general either. But that one I will actually try. I think that the romaine lettuce do much for me in this one, since I hate iceberg lettuce. Too much water and it easily taste funky to me. Well done, you actually inspired me to make an actual salad!

They are very useful, because our holidays are not over yet and we eat a vegan+fish and seafood diet during the first week of January, (i'll skip the meat for now) and I love them all because I love all those ingredients and they are light, but my fav is the bean salad because it is hot and somewhat exotic in my country

Just made the "smoky vegan burrito bowl" but added chicken as well (mostly I am making a batch of it for a week, and my serving sizes didn't quite come out large enough so I added more protein to help). It smells amazing and if it looks half as pretty as yours when I assemble it for work tomorrow, I'll instagram it :P

ColorfulConfessions you could try raw zucchini... sorta similar to cucumber!
I considered it, but I'm not a huge fan of zucchini. I usually only like it grilled with a ton of seasonings. But thank you for the suggestion!
