  • A theory exists in the world that overeating by only 7 extra calories per day can lead to significant weight gain. Such a small amount of calories seems so insignificant yet could be the difference between developing lifestyle related diseases and not in later life.
    Here we look at the theory and see if this is something you should be looking at.

    I eat way more than 7 calories over what I should have in a day! lol. Right now I'm actually at 1,850 calories, but I'll eat more later on today. I usually eat a lot these days (unless I'm working out hard enough where I lose my excessive appetite). I'm going to have a large artichoke with mayo and cookies and milk later on today. This is what I did/ate so far today:
    * 30 mins. Jog
    * Bike ride to Trader Joe's & back (13 miles)
    *250-strawberry nutrition shake
    *300-Trader Joe's chicken wrap, ½ of the incl. blue chs. drsng. cup
    *100-Trader Joe's cold pressed green juice
    *50-raspberries, blackberries
    *350-Trader Joe's banana, almond butter, coconut, pea protein smoothie
    *300-taco seasoned ground turkey, nothing with it
    *100-banana
    *150-Knudsen cottage cheese & strawberry sc. cup, ⅓ c. blueberries
    *250-Trader Joe's cold pressed green jc, & ½ TJ's Very Green smoothie
    * 1,850
