Jumping form should you keep your shoulders directly above your hips?

    I know you didn't cover everything about jumping and quit TH-cam. You've been extremely helpful and hope you don't feel discouraged because of video views. You are helping people non the less

    Great video bro I’m 5’9 and I’m trynna learn basketball at the age of 17 I can touch rim and all but I still got more room to grow!

      I’m a big fan, but All of us need Jesus. He is THE light in any darkness. For those of you who don’t know, these unbelievable events taking place on Earth, were prophesied in the Bible by Jesus, thousands of years ago! He IS coming SOON! I’ll pray that everyone in these comments finds Christ and REPENTS for their sins, before that happens. God loves you and if you truly loved him, the Bible says you would keep his commandments.     When I jump from a seated position and jump my vert is 30" but when I stand and jump I only reached 27. Why is that?

    I agree with you about the slight dip before the take off. There a prominent jump system that emphasizes keeping body upright before taking off to get up high, but its not the case for everybody. Ive seen a vid of zion dipping before taking off. Ive seen even Paul Fabritz doing it too. So i dont think jumping with upright torso is the only way to get 40s.

    Looked at your Single leg Supremacy and I don’t think I can pistol squat because of my physiology (long back, long femurs, and long tibias) what should I do?
