Shame on government of Japan for not offering more support to parents. They should at the very least double the monthly child benefit. Also some form of free daycare isn't unreasonable.

By seeing their mom, being calm and gentle, she is displaying proper behavior that they will learn as they get older.
@Farb S It’s as much balance as one can get when you’ve gotta care for the kids while handling a business and house! Once the kids get older though, it should weigh easier on her shoulders.

This really goes against the Asian stereotype of Asian parents not being verbally expressive, even when they do it’s in rare moments or it comes off as a bit stilted.

You still teach and guide the children. She just zoned out and ignored it. That's passive parenting. Not the same thing.
She is such an amazing mom and business owner. I love the child rearing method she's doing. While its difficult in the moment, by not yelling, she's teaching her kids by example how to handle stressful situations. The kids also feel more comfortable turning to her if they have trouble. I remember growing up that my parents would yell at me whenever I made a mistake, it got to the point that I became scared even turning to them when I needed help because I didn't want to get yelled at. The fact that she's balancing being a mom with being a business owner with two stores opened is incredible. Also round of applause to both her and her husband who sharing chores and duties in the home.
This is an eye opener. I’ve seen it all. I love how deep you get with working moms, kids, how they work and are the roles between a married couple work. Honestly I’m learning so much about the culture in Japan and how life is.
She gives me to motivation to keep going, especially with my studies! Seeing her work so hard and so many hours each day makes me feel like o should be doing more! She’s amazing honestly
I relate to this video so much as I am also a 27-year-old mom of 2 working full-time and taking care of my kids full-time! The term for “one-parent operation” really hit hard for me as I didnt realize how common it is for all the household work to fall on moms’ shoulders. Shout out to hardworking moms around the world, getting it all done with grace and dedication❤️
I instantly love great mothers! What an amazing woman. The fact that she constantly reaffirms her love for her kids TO HER KIDS is incredibly. These kids are going to do very well in life.
This is hands down my favorite series on TH-cam. I’ve been watching Paolo since 2020, and the content keeps getting better!! This video was especially meaningful to me as a small business owning mama of 2 kids. I can just feel her exhaustion 😂
She is impressive. The job title of "mother" is no doubt the hardest and on top of that she is also a "business owner". I have nothing but the highest respect for her.
What a rock star mom! She seems endlessly patient. It’s too bad the dad has such long working hours during the weekend. Such long hours is not only tough on the person but the whole family. They are all working so hard to do right by their family.
Oh this is the most relatable Day In the Life episode for me! Both mom And dad are doing great with their little ones!! What a beautiful family! I hope they can have a well deserved vacation at some point!
She is amazing. I love her attitude and outlook. I also like how she expresses how it is hard because she does get frustrated sometimes but she tries her best not to take it out her kids. And also remind her kids how much she loves them in care for them.
Surprisingly, this has been the one channel that has better illustrated what an undertaking it is to start a family and making me appreciate what it does to your life, you really stop living for yourself and more for your kids literally. I think the one with your wife and kid was also just as exhausting and entertaining (and enlightening) as this one. Respect to her! She's doing a great job and her babies love her!
More of DITL like these please! As a mom myself, seeing how gracefully she manages the “chaos” of juggling so many things at once, it really inspires me🫰🏼
@@aimeeackerman8559 Right?? She must be an UBER Nana fan to name both her kids after them, especially since there's an age gap between her kids, she must have planned this! 🤩😆

Love these videos! She is a rock star, I got exhausted just from watching, couldn't imagine doing that every day. What a hard working mom and running her own business too, much respect for her
Japanese are very hardworking, much hardworking than us. Thats why every time, I get tired and fed up of going to my work, I always watch Paolo's 'A day in the life of'. Watching the Japanese work makes me motivated and go back to work the next day.
Thanks for filming this video, Paulo. Kudos! I can relate the exhaustion on mentally and physically as a homemaker as well. By watching her daily routine, it somehow brings a lot of encouragement and comfort in my journey as a mom, knows that the joy and struggle are real, but also rewarding as a parent. Thanks again!
She is an amazing mum and woman. I salute her for going all her way out to continue with her life and not just be a mum...that's really hard to achieve! She is definitely a role model
This woman is amazing. Not only she is a hard worker and balances work and family life, but she's also a mom that teaches her kids it's okay to do a mistake, as long as you gather your mess later. When I was a kid I was scolded a lot if I broke something, which in the end caused me to be scared to tell my parents if something happened later. It's heartwarming how much she tells them she loves her kids. May she always be happy!
I think we had similar experience, it doesn't matter how cheap or expensive the item is and of course breaking the things were mistakes but I get yelled at and they get so angry at me like which made me feared everything. There were a few rare occasions that they didn't but otherwise it's always the case. I understood why they did that because they just think if they make me scared etc then I would be more careful or something but they don't realise how this sometimes make it worse for me or how I feared to ever trying t do certain things (moving things around etc).
Love the day in the life videos Paolo, such extravagent, cinematography, storytelling, and execution of each part of the video. You really inspire me man thank you.

Paolo, sooo much of this is familiar to me. Well, in my case the dad version. But my wife wasn’t home that often due to her work schedule (big Japanese company) so I had the highly memorable experience juggling a full time job and being primary caregiver for 2 small children at the same time. I know it’s usually mom’s doing this so my own experience gave me so much respect for them. One image that hit me was her just getting (or making) food for her kids and then eating the leftovers. Been there. Good times. 😅
Every 'life in the day' video has made me deeply respect the people starring in them while also appreciate my own relaxed life more, but this one has got to take the cake. I'm the same age and probably could not handle it as graciously as she did, mad respect
Hi Paolo. I enjoyed this video. She’s a great mom and did a great job portraying a day in her busy life. Thanks so much for sharing. Keep them coming!😊
Hey Paola can you make this episode into it’s own series. “Working parents day in the life and show different families jobs and household care ect. This one felt different than all your other day in the life’s. I loved their vibe and parenting styles Love all your videos
Wouldnt mind. Day in the Life vids would be easier for him to find as parents are everywhere. Those unique jobs he does is harder to find plus need company permission.
Thanks for a great video to showcase a day in the life of a Japanese Working Mom. The things a mom will do to make their kids feel loved is immeasurable.
I really appreciate the effort that this mom is making for her family! I’m a mom too and raising kids and work is not easy. So I definitely 👍🏻 appreciate her.
Oh I just love these DITL videos, its so interesting to see how folk live in other countries. Compared to others Ive seen on your channel, this mum is more relaxed in the way she dresses and keeps her home. Shes hard working, but not regimented. I love when a home looks colourful and lived in. Thanks again for sharing the lives of Japanese folk. Love from Scotland
Such a wonderful mother. She always makes sure to practice patience, understanding, and reminds her kids how much she loves them. So much praise to her for working so hard at both jobs (her business AND being a mother). ♥️ Thank you Paolo for taking us into a day of Hifumi’s life!
I like how she's raising her kids to be independent but in a good way. Can watch what they want. Takes time with them, doesn't yell and lets them help clean it up.
I'm not sure that allowing kids to watch whatever they want is good. Too much ipad/TH-cam time when kids are young are found to increase risk of ADHD. That said, I'm fully aware that being a working mom while juggling kids is extremely hard. I think she's doing a great job for sure.
she is very exceptional, always in control of emotions, admirable. As a home lover I loved her house, the comfortable and traditional Japanese but modern space, amazing.
it's exhausting, but I truly admire her. The sacrifices a mother makes for her family are incredible. I wish all the best for her and for every mother and father out there working tirelessly to support their families...
This has got to be my favorite. I love the “day in the life” series with the moms especially. It’s inspirational and motivational as I’m a working mama myself. I’ve watched this 3 times in a row already. Looking forward to more!
Wow! Hifumi is amazing for not yelling at her kids if she gets frustrated at them. That's definitely quite difficult for any parent. Hifumi is right though about not being able to rewind horrible things that you accidentally say. My mom is a stay at home mom, but she used to work when I was still very young. One of the things she told me is to never be a stay-at-home mom because of how lonely it can be. Finishing the food the kids don't eat, that's actually what my mom used to do with me and my sister. But my sister and I usually did finish the food anyway.
It's awesome to see a mother running her own business, have her own website and studying, I'm glad she is able to leave her job so she can have a more flexible schedule. Sadly not many jobs nowadays are flexible for working parents, there really needs to be more flexible jobs for working parents so they can pick up their kids and spend more time with kids. I like the mother's outfit style and how neat the home is. She's a hard worker, she is doing a great job. And I hope the father is doing well and that he's able to spend some time with his kids if he has free time after work. The kids studying math and Japanese is awesome. Overall a busy and hardworking family, I admire them.
I love their house and the mother’s energy! I’m a working mom with 3 toddlers, it’s really uneasy and stressful, I wish I can find my inner peace and chill all the time, kudos to all the working parents!
I just LOVE seeing parent/child videos on here! It’s quite rare that I see any online so it’s so refreshing to see ☺️ I’m so interested in seeing how Japanese parents handle daily life in Japan. Also round of applause to both her and her husband who sharing chores and duties in the home.
i can sense how calm and gentle she is as a parent
Sadly kids exploit it by having needless sibling rivalry.
This is an eye opener. I’ve seen it all. I love how deep you get with working moms, kids, how they work and are the roles between a married couple work. Honestly I’m learning so much about the culture in Japan and how life is.
Oh my gosh that is EXHAUSTING. Many thanks to her for letting us join in her day!
This is so sad, I hope your hisband finds it in his heart to help you with his own children :/
You should watch some of his other ones as well there just as good
She is impressive. The job title of "mother" is no doubt the hardest and on top of that she is also a "business owner". I have nothing but the highest respect for her.
Is your profile picture from a real beach?
Mother being the hardest job in the world? Not even close. Try sewage work/garbage collector, or managing a big company as a CEO.
@@fred6907 this isn't a competition, always gotta be that one person smh

What a rock star mom! She seems endlessly patient. It’s too bad the dad has such long working hours during the weekend. Such long hours is not only tough on the person but the whole family. They are all working so hard to do right by their family.
Oh this is the most relatable Day In the Life episode for me! Both mom
And dad are doing great with their little ones!! What a beautiful family! I hope they can have a well deserved vacation at some point!
In awe of Hifumi’s patience and work ethic. Great video, Paolo!
She is amazing. I love her attitude and outlook. I also like how she expresses how it is hard because she does get frustrated sometimes but she tries her best not to take it out her kids. And also remind her kids how much she loves them in care for them.
I would never be capable to handle that. So impressed by her
Surprisingly, this has been the one channel that has better illustrated what an undertaking it is to start a family and making me appreciate what it does to your life, you really stop living for yourself and more for your kids literally. I think the one with your wife and kid was also just as exhausting and entertaining (and enlightening) as this one. Respect to her! She's doing a great job and her babies love her!
More of DITL like these please! As a mom myself, seeing how gracefully she manages the “chaos” of juggling so many things at once, it really inspires me🫰🏼
SHE NAMED HER KIDS NANA AND HACHI NO WAY 😭❤
Seven and eight
Nana and Hachi are the main characters in NANA! 😍
Yeaah i was so moved when i heard their names ಥ‿ಥ i didn't expect a nana reference here
@@keikodesuu still waiting for them to finish the anime 😔
@@aimeeackerman8559 Right?? She must be an UBER Nana fan to name both her kids after them, especially since there's an age gap between her kids, she must have planned this! 🤩😆
She's just amazing! Such emotional maturity and dedication towards her family and her career, hats off 👏
I LOVE HOW MUCH EFFORT YOU PUT INTO EACH AND EVERY SINGLE VIDEO ❤️
I have 3 kids ages 2 - 8 and this is some very relatable content. Motherhood is the same worldwide that's for sure. Great video!
I can say that she is a really good mum, always making sure to spend time with her kids, not taking her anger on them and yelling at them she's a strong mum with good style and a good husband 💪
Love these videos! She is a rock star, I got exhausted just from watching, couldn't imagine doing that every day. What a hard working mom and running her own business too, much respect for her
I just want to say that this family's fashion is seriously on point. Also massive respect for her work ethic and calm parenting style.
I Struggle to see , how one keeps up their sanity with this routine and not loose it?
Moms really are amazing.
Japanese are very hardworking, much hardworking than us. Thats why every time, I get tired and fed up of going to my work, I always watch Paolo's 'A day in the life of'. Watching the Japanese work makes me motivated and go back to work the next day.
She loves her children
Americans are way behind Japanese folks...
Sacrifice and love. As husbands, myself a father of one daughter, it’s already a struggle with two parents. Two kids and one parent is a lot.
@@ShG2022 i do the same thing!! 😅
I am so grateful to you for making and showing this day in the life of a working mom. Hifumi is amazing, and so is her family.
She's soooo nice and patient 😊 The husband seems nice too. I hope the kids grow up like them
She is an amazing mum and woman. I salute her for going all her way out to continue with her life and not just be a mum...that's really hard to achieve! She is definitely a role model
She is amazing. I love her house. It's so cute. What a good mom she is and what a lovely life she has. God bless her
This woman is amazing.
Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Love the day in the life videos Paolo, such extravagent, cinematography, storytelling, and execution of each part of the video. You really inspire me man thank you.
I really adored this playlist. It's very impressive.
I'm from Morocco.
I do appreciate ur effort. Showing us life-pattern of Japanese people.
I always watch ur videos.
I encourage u to keep it up!
We love u.
Thanks for making such incredible videos!
Bro, a dream wife we can only find a great mom like her in the atlas mountains 😁
@@madinadi117 and where can those great moms find great fathers?
@@nouharachoudi974 I they're lucky enough, Live isn't fair.
Her laugh and smile is contagious 😭❤️ hope her business is super mega successful
Yesss
Wouldnt mind. Day in the Life vids would be easier for him to find as parents are everywhere. Those unique jobs he does is harder to find plus need company permission.
I agree!!!! Great series idea indeed!
Thanks for a great video to showcase a day in the life of a Japanese Working Mom. The things a mom will do to make their kids feel loved is immeasurable.
I’m glad she takes the time to make sure her kids know she loves them. I remember never being sure when I was their age.
huge respect to this working mom. and Paolo for creating this day in a life from 5:50 am until midnight.
I am tired already.
She’s amazing! A wife, a mother and an entrepreneur! I hope that she, her family and her business continue to be successful!
This was sooooo good it got me happy, teary eyed and inspired. Good job and many blessings to her family and yourselves. Stay balanced!
Thanks
Thank you so much! I appreciate all of the support.
Such a wonderful mother. She always makes sure to practice patience, understanding, and reminds her kids how much she loves them.
So much praise to her for working so hard at both jobs (her business AND being a mother). ♥️
Thank you Paolo for taking us into a day of Hifumi’s life!
Mad respect for the mother, working while taking care of her children
I like how she's raising her kids to be independent but in a good way. Can watch what they want.
Takes time with them, doesn't yell and lets them help clean it up.
I'm not sure that allowing kids to watch whatever they want is good. Too much ipad/TH-cam time when kids are young are found to increase risk of ADHD.
That said, I'm fully aware that being a working mom while juggling kids is extremely hard. I think she's doing a great job for sure.
that dog needs more love!!!! it keeps gazing adoringly at her
This was such a healing day in a life. The family looks happy and calm, the parents are hardworking and interesting, the kids are, well, kids :3

she is very exceptional, always in control of emotions, admirable. As a home lover I loved her house, the comfortable and traditional Japanese but modern space, amazing.
“You cant rewind what happened”
Man she’s an amazing mother
I like how this lady rolls! Somehow she’s calm in managing her household with ease. I’m impressed.
it's exhausting, but I truly admire her.
Thank you for making this series, it's amazing and each video gives a new perspective!
Amazing video, Paolo!
Wow she is a SUPER MOM 👏🏽
What a wonderful mother. She is so patient & loving.
Very beautiful family. That lady is extremely busy. Hopes she gets time for herself once in a while. Love her personality, so positive.
My favorite series on TH-cam
samedtttttt
I have children myself and dream of bringing them up in Japan (a dream that probably will never come true but that’s ok). Just another reason why I love watching these so much! Thank you for sharing☺️
Her kids are soooo lucky to have her as a Mom🔥🔥🔥
A mom that works, takes care of the kids, doesnt get frustrated easily, has style, is incredibly gorgeous....man if i didnt see it id call this a unicorn. That husband won the lottery.
My goodness, this woman is a superhero. I almost needed to take a nap after watching this. Another great video. Would love to see one on Paolo doing a day in the life of a Japanese professional baseball player.
This mom is a superwoman. High valued woman! Happy women’s history month🥰
What a strong mother, so much admiration for her.
