God I love the dialogues in this show. Mahito's emotions are so understandable as he has grown all these episodes and is finally letting it all out. Mahito vs Yuji has been going on since early S1 and we are finally concluding it, time to see whose soul finally cracks and whose soul remains resilient. Itadori has been saved from death countless times but it doesn't feel bad with the way it was done each time. Simply brilliant where we actually sometimes root for the curses as most of them always get double/triple teamed lol.

It's kinda annoying how almost everyone forgot that you can't damage mahito if you can't damage his soul. There's a reason why Mahito refers to Yuji as his natural enemy, why Nanami said his attacks don't work on mahito (in season 1), etc. Each of these people seemed shocked when Toudou's attack didn't work - like what were you expecting?

Yeah, I get that too. A lot of these reactors are just that, reacting. Not actually following info in the story. Like, how people keep thinking black flash is a technique to just pull out. It has been explained to be a hyper critical. Yuji and Nanami are just characters in a game that stats build into high crit chance and damage so it seems like a technique they can pull out.

it's not really accurate to call it a "pact" though. that implies mahito consented. geto's technique might place conditions on how geto can use the a spirit if its captured too strong.

No, he isn't, but he is the nemesis for Itadori. Their relationship as hero and antagonist is so well written. Mahito love torturing Itadori. They know each other since season 1, and Mahito enjoys so much fighting against Itadori that he even encourage him to surpass his own limits.
It makes me so happy Todo could go in there and still inspire Itadori so much man. I feel his pain so much, bro just wants to save people and is watching his friends die 1 by 1. I know there’s way more to come but still, great turn around for now atleast 💯
You spoke my mind mate! I really sympathised with Itadori in the recent episodes. Technically he didn't do anything wrong but his friends and things he holds dear seem to be consistently drifting away no matter what he does. I can only imagine how hopeless and helpless he must felt. Todo really saved the day! I love these two!

Fun fact (actually not so fun): This episode’s opening animation is different from the previous episodes. There are two main changes: (1) In the scene where they show the top view of shibuya, instead of the city lights on, they fade away (referencing sukuna destroying the city), and (2) Right before the scene where itadori walks away from the camera, instead of showing everyone in shibuya, the scene shows the same background but destroyed and one is there (referencing how many people died in this arc).
