One of my favorite parts about this episode was where Choso is wanting Itadori to call him "Oni-chan", he's even more cuter and badass even after his fight with Kenjaku!
The beauty of super mainstream shows like JJK is that it brings new audiences to anime. A lot of anime have weird messed up scenes like that, you're just new to it.

When Mahito lunges at Geto and says, “After all, I was born from you humans”, he’s referring to betrayal. He knew Geto wouldn’t save him. Intuitively the most human thing to do is try and survive, despite stabbing Geto in the back. Very cool line from Mahito, especially after Yuji’s speech about being a cog in the machine last episode.

Glad to see all the setups JJK has built up all this time is finally having the pay offs the past few episdoes. The production issues have severly hampered the flow of the series and it will always be a missed chance but I am glad the overall story was still really great since I really love JJK's dialogues and what it does.
Honestly the quality of this episode still seemed on par with some of the peak episodes of the series. Despite all of the production issues it's kind of amazing that the team is still able to put out such a high quality anime in the end. I hope their condition improves going forward and I am thankful I can still watch such a great anime despite all those problems.
this episode and the prior ones are still of higher quality than 95% of other anime
@Kairu_GC That's what gets me I can't get over how JJk constantly delivers, like they really pushed the standards high I'm never bored never a true dull moment and even when the animation is supposed to be shut I'm still in in awe

There are 4 people in Special Grade. And one of them is Yuki, the other three are Yuta, Getou, and Gojo. I'm just surprised that they(youtuber) didn't pay attention to her when she appeared. I guess they forget how strong she is

Mei mei is obviously not a good person. She's essentially a merc working for the Jujutsu society freelance. She also manipulates and takes advantage of his little bro's sister complex, trained him to only use it at her will and even used him as a bait for the small pox cursed spirit earlier in the Shibuya arc.
She's so amoral that she literally escaped unblemished and teleported to KL. Leaving the rest of the crew to fight "Geto"

While that is what sorcerers exist for, Yuji at least gave them a few more days of living so I think saying Yuji should've died immediately is a bit ignorant but it all comes to damage control and how many people he can save before death, of which, you could technically say doesn't matter since Yuji dying with all 20 fingers would mean the whole world wouldn't be life wiped and that would be enough to justify it all but your opinion is your opinion

Now, imagine how many lives they've potentially saved just by killing cursed spirits alone, now imagine said cursed spirits still wreaking havoc, what I'm trying to say is that it all dominoes down into Yuji exists to save his classmates from danger to save more people in danger, now, if you want to argue that JJK as a whole wouldn't have changed if Itadori died right at the start and/or never existed at all is your case to make but I just made the case that more people would've died than not so... idk

Least important part of the episode, especially since nothing happened, but since it may be controversial I just wanted to say it still. That sometimes a scene (e.g. Mei Mei and Ui Ui) will be created to shock the viewer/make them uncomfortable or expound on the vices of their character (Mei Mei’s fixation on wealth and unhealthy sibling relationship). It is not necessarily an endorsement of their behavior 😂 Nobody needs to be told to not be like Sukuna or “Geto”, or to not destroy Shibuya xD.
If you can handle flying limbs and death, you will be alright 👍

Not the point of it at all. She’s a terrible person her curse technique is to control and manipulate like she did with the crows. It is to show that she is overly attached to her brother not because she cares about him or loves him but he is a tool in her Arsenal. She can’t manipulate someone who does not care for her so she uses her brother as a crow because he does care for her but she is willing to sacrifice him anytime for her personal gain and will feel nothing of it. He is just another one of her crows. If geto had the money gojo did to buy her allegiance she would have absolutely 0 qualms about siding with the curses.
Except the "bad guys" are portrayed as bad. Mei Mei is not. She is portrayed as selfish, materialistic and detached, which is enough for us to get a glimpse of who she is. She has not gotten any sort of retribution or anything for how she treats her brother. And based on how many people defend her (while vilifying Ui Ui), no, many do not realize that her behavior is disturbing.
None of them mentioned the Junji Ito reference. My disappointment is overwhelming.
