- We went on a 2-day family camping adventure with our puppy. We camped in luxury in our new inflatable hot tent cabin. It was our first time camping with our dog Monty, our 9-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog. He had a great time in the woods. We made delicious food over the campfire as well as baked a cake in our wood stove oven. Enjoy!

Oh, this reminds me of going camping with my family when I was a kid. We did not have these fancy tents, it was canvas that we needed to treat each year. I remember it so well, hearing the rain on the tent, good times, good memories.

I remember a camping trip with my mom and younger brother and sister. I recall having a tent so small only the little ones stayed in that and my mom and I slept under the stars! That is, until she woke us up to get into the car. Our campsite was being invaded by raccoons! (We failed to put all of our food away!😝). That was a rough night in a little four door sedan! Learned a lot about camping that trip! 😆. Btw, my mom’s been a fan of your channel since last Easter when we introduced her to it! Hi, Mom! 👋🏼❤️

I mean nothing about this world these days is biblical is it? There's so much evil everywhere you go In fact I just got a job, I'm a nursing assistant doing in-home care and I just got a job with someone who's into the new age and all that horrible stuff... But unless I never want to work again I have to do it... But I trust God... I pray every morning before I go and I hope I can be a light in the darkness for him... 🌹
My three children are grown, and my husband has passed away. Oh how I wish I had those days back. Enjoy these times, and being together, even more; for tomorrow comes all too soon. Good to see you all praying ❤

My black lab considered picnic tables his throne. He liked to sprawl on them and he liked to sit on the table with his paws on the bench. We did make him move while we cooked but the rest of the time it was his.

Monty is a protector companion. Great for taking care of sheep. He needs to be able to see if there is danger. The table gives him a better protective view. He probably prefers to know where everyone is because you are his herd. And it's his job. No worries, he will work with you all patiently until you do what he thinks is best. If necessary you can give him a new job. Be specific, such as waking the kids in the morning and getting them to bed at night. It's amazing how functional and loving the guardian breeds are.
Those are great points Teresa!! The kids typically take him on a quick walk in the morning, but we will definitely give him more jobs!! I think he would really like that. He is turning out to be a fantastic family dog!

One of best way to reheat esp outdoor or on stove is to add little bit of water and cover pan on med heat. It will stay moist and just as good as freshly cooked food. You guys are awesome! May the Lord continue to use you to be of comfort and bless your viewers with hope of Jesus and encouragement of truth to pierce through the darkens of this world

I was fortunate enough to have parents who always took us camping. I was probably a toddler the first time they took all four kids as a family, and we continued through middle school. I absolutely loved it, and miss it now. It’s nice to see that families still go camping, and that your kids seem to be enjoying it!! Good quality fun!! ☮️🏕️

THAT IS ABSOLUTELY A GREAT TENT, I USED TO LOVE IT WHEN I WAS GROWING UP WE WENT CAMPING ALL THE TIME BUT WE HAD A TRAVEL TRAILER LOVED IT SO MUCH, WHAT UR DOING IS NOT ONLY GRAY FOR U DOING BUT SO MANY MEMORIES FOR UR CHILDREN. LOVE WATCHING U ALL HAVE A GREAT TIME I FEEL LIKE I AM WITH U ALL.

Monty has sure grown since we last saw him. What a wonderful growing family. The kids are growing up so quickly. I can't believe how much they have grown since last year.

It cracked me up to see a Bernese in the middle of the forest just chilling on the picnic table like he's waiting to be rescued. My GSPs could never be calm in the woods. Too many tempting critters to hunt. Amazing how different dog breeds are. Oh, and mine would jump on the table, then off, then on, then off, then on, then off, you get the idea, lol.
