The only advice i can offer on this situation is this - if you feel like you aren't being given what you need to succeed at work, you must make them aware of these issues IN WRITING, BEFORE they come at you with write-ups up or termination. If you only tell them AFTER, they see it as you looking to blame others for you having failed to meet the expectations outlined in your employment agreement.

I’m scared for my job
Yea I personally work 3 jobs for this reason. Also 1 of my jobs I have six store managers I can call to get extra shifts each week. Meaning if 1 fires me I will go over to the other 5. I also have multiple employers in backup position to replace crappy managers if they give any lip, wage theft etc. My best advice is to become friends with multiple employers, recruiters, hiring managers etc. I’m really well known in my area as well. A lot of people want to hire me.

Take what you love to do and start your own business.
Whatever it is that you love to do. TH-cam is a very good example of that.

Sometimes higher ups will limit you and make your job harder just so they have a reason to fire you later. It’s hard to fire an employee who is busting their butt so they gotta make it harder for you to make sales. Sorry brother

Sorry to hear this. The positive thing is that you can take your experience to a place where you will be appreciated. At least you are aware of these aspects of the company because a lack of leads, training, and support are the tools you need to be successful. This is a stepping stone to move in a better direction. I just got fired from a high paying maintenance job myself they wanted more and I couldn't give more either also while not hiring help I think they just didn't like me I was doing the work of four ppl and my arm and shoulder was hurting for consistent over working so I was let go for not coming in

Why are you getting fired from all your jobs? Is there a learning process that is not clicking in with you? Were you fired for the same reason for both jobs? The fact that you’re hanging out with a lot of people from work. Seems like they like you personally, but somethings not right as far as a professional or work Relationship.
It is hard to get fired especially when you really like the people you’re working with, but take it as a learning, experience and opportunity for something bigger and better. Since you’ve been fired, if I’m understanding correctly, from multiple jobs, perhaps look at the reasons behind those and see if there’s something you can do to prevent this from happening in the future.

Bro, they don't give a $hit about you or anyone. They don't care how good you are because you're only as good as your last sale. Car sales is tough and to succeed you need a client base and its hard to create one because nobody trusts a car salesman. With a client base they will never fire you because you're constantly bringing in cash. I know this is 2 years old but i hope you are now doing well. Also, your coworkers aren't your friends. Be respectful but be wary of coworkers especially in sales because its a cut throat business.

Got fired from Home Depot today after 5 years

Worked on the inside for multiple dealerships. It’s a cut throat type job. Favoritism is nothing new. You have to have thick skin inside and out to work at dealerships. Sales people are typically just a number to the owners and that feeling gets passed down to the GM. And then the sales managers have to meet the expectation to sell. If they don’t, then they take it out on the sales people. Even the trainers that some dealerships hire, will just look at the numbers, and if you’re not performing, then you’re out. Doesn’t matter if you had sick days or anything. If you’re not the top 3 sales person, your job will always be on the line, unless you get some kind of special bond with the higher ups or owner. Typically family comes first, so if you want to marry someone in the owner’s family, that’s an option too. Lol
Also there’s usually no real “HR” at dealerships, so anything goes. Play dirty and win!

I'm a little late to the show here.
I'm 66, still pushing my boulder, and will need to do so into my 70s, so it is what it is. I've died on the hill of at will employment several times in my day, but never for gross misconduct.
My current day job, and my second part-time evening job, are by far the best jobs I've ever had. I only wish they'd popped up 20+ years ago, but again, it is what it is.
This young man seems on his game, and I hope he lands/has landed somewhere else. He'll do well in life.
Perhaps he can take the skills he's learned in a cutthroat (car sales) job and use them into a new (related) job in that industry, or a parallel industry. The old "make lemonade out of lemons".

I was told a few weeks ago that if I don't get my sales numbers up, I am getting fired. I really like this company, but I'm struggling. I'm convinced some people are just really lucky when it comes to getting sales. Sadly, I'm not one of them. It hurts like hell being told you aren't good enough.

When I got fired, that same day I got all my stuff from my office and put it on my car. I saw it coming. Lunch time came, then I got fired. Never think a job is your family or you got friends at work. They all are just associates and treat them as such. Work hard and have good educates. When you are about to get fired, they start to set you up to fail, give you hard task to complete in a timely manner, start to create paper trail to use against you.
