    Dang this was actually helping me. Along like all the other meditations I've listened to on TH-cam. This one was really effective it was scary. Felt the tension in by body releasing really fast and my anxiety calming down. I needed this. Ty. :) I over worry allot and OCD and this helped me allot. Ty. :)

    I am always engaged. I does a lots of meditation, exercise, goes for movies, watches movies, stand up comedies, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, attends publicgatherings, attends psc exams and interviews but i am not able to talk a single word in front of boys. I want to stay positive and wants to achievr greats in life. Do i need to consult a doctor. I am very tensed in front of boys. I want to stay positivr always. Will everything come to normal. I want to enjoy my life just like my friends. Sometimes it seems likr mad that even after talking a lot to girls i amnot able to speak a single word in ftont of boys

    I find the words hard to hear due to the accent, so I struggled. Is it hypnosis rather than meditation? The flat and descending tonality seems to be lulling you to sleep

      The mantra is "Samma Arahang" which means "the right way" to "purity the mind".

    I really love meditating in a sitting position but by the end of each meditation my back hurts so much. Is there a way I can fix this?

      Ensure that you started with a comfortable sitting posture. Sometimes people tend to focus on keeping their back super straight. You can slouch a little bit if that makes you feel more comfortable. If it continues to hurt, try to have support on your lower back including leaning against the wall, especially on the lower back part. - Monk John
