    මේ කාරණාව වරදවා තේරුම් ගන්න එපා. Gym යන්න එපා cardio කරන්න එපා කියලා මම අදහස් කරන්නන් නෑ. අපේ lifestyle එකට ඒවා අත්‍යවශ්‍යයී. නමුත් calories burn කරන්න වඩාත් ගැලපෙන්නේ දවස පුරා low level activity .
