There's also Xsonic Xtone Interface as an alternative. It's more expensive and doesn't come with an Amplitube license, but it has stereo out, DI out, three MIDI footswitches and an expression pedal input. It's an overkill for home practice, but could be more suitable for on-stage situations. In combination with Neural DSP plugins (or any other plugin/software which can be controlled with MIDI) you can set one of the three buttons to tuner/mute, and then use the other two to turn effects on and off. There is also a more advanced version of this interface which has an XLR mic input for your vocal mic.
The lack of Android support is what has kept me from buying one of these. I've already got an interface for my computer. I want something for my phone/tablet.
Seriously, I just want to use my phone as an amp/pedal board when I get breaks at work or while traveling. Literally the only thing I need is for it to work on Android.
Didn’t plug n play for me. Plugged into iPad with lead in the the box and no sound. Spent a few hours fiddling around but no joy. Will try and contact support next week
Using irig USB on the iPad with amplitube/biasfx/tonex, can I minimize the amplitube/biasfx/tonex and open a pdf with sheet music/notes and the amplitube will continue to work normally?

That groove you play on the Warwick is sick! Groovy groove!

Yeah, agree
Android support? You take OTG cable and plug away. With this one it is even easier, just use C-C cable.
the android support he talked about is about Amplitube. there's no amplitube for Android but I believe it works as any other USB interface on android.

Any advice to record video while recording the audio using only iPhone and irig?

I got myself one but finding it hard to get the free software that comes with it.
Can you use any USB to Lightning cable to connect it to a Lightning-port iPhone? Also, does the interface have any latency?
Does this work with the Lightning to USB 3 camera adaptor from Apple? I ask because I would be plugging into the Camera kit thing. 😊
Can you run it to an amp?
