I own a 2016 A3 e-tron for around two years now which i got for a ridiculously low price. Treat it like a fancy Golf GTI with a plug in battery and you'll find it a very enjoyable daily especially in urban areas. Reliability has been pretty good as mine has full factory dealer service since day one. It has a few niggles and annoyances, but when you're getting 2.5L/100km average in times close to record breaking fuel cost, everything is forgiven.
It was not discontinued, its now called TFSIe , audi switched all their model names, so etron is for full eletric now, and for hybrids its TFSIe (gasoline TFSI+eletric)
Engines cheap. Not much problems with that, accept coolant hoses going bad, small leaks might cause an issue. A/c pressure sensors going, never heard of hybrid related issues, maybe small bs problems. I’m always checking used engine/transmission/hybrid battery prices before I’m buying any car, so you do it too. But to compare hybrids under 10k, I would definitely go with etron. Just don’t buy with body/front damage, headlights prices up in sky🙃
Hi Andy LaRides, You Know what! I saw your videos are fantastic! However, I noticed that your views and subscriptions are lower than expected.Your channel has great quality contents, but still it is not delivering its right audiences .This due to some issues with SEO-friendly tags, titles, data analytics, descriptions and more. Let's solve this problem together. I'd love to discuss this further in a Zoom meeting. Are you available this week? Best regards, Fahim Muntashir

It’s a great choice! Are you spending money on it or just regular maintenance and more attention for a used car helps you not spending/wasting money?
