First Start In 10 Years! 351W Powered Ford F-350 Mason Dump

Scott bought this 1987 Ford F-350 Mason Dump with a 351W and a C6 transmission. The motor was locked up and after a couple days of letting the cylinders soak in ATF, PB blaster and oil we got her to break loose.. Then we tried to start it..
