I took 20,000+ Steps Every Day for a Month - Here's What Happened!
I tracked my progress using my Daily Log in Notion.
I ended up losing 22 lbs throughout my journey. The weight loss came from the increased fitness, changes in food consumption, cutting out alcohol, and not consuming any sugar that did not occur naturally in the food I was consuming.

On average, I've been doing 15,000 steps a day for 25 days straight. Not dieting, though. I've reduced inflammation all over though. The one thing I noticed is a rash due to rubbing body parts against each other or clothing. Take that into consideration. Walking is awesome but it'll give you a chafing between your legs

20k is amazing you know you can do it easily just increase it gradually do 10 k for days
Make sure you have are having a good posture is it may hurt you a bit and you can get sores
I do it it by walking fo my college
And I play the audio podcasts of my lessons
It is awesome the amount of energy you get after it.!

My average steps in those 8 hours is 15 000 - 25 000 steps depends on the day...combine that with extra 10 tons of cargo lifted by hand. It's a daily routine for around 4 years now. One problem I encountered... I can't put any body mass. Idk how much calories I need to eat to gain anything...
