The price per bar is definitely cheaper than store bought. Especially for healthy store bought brands. Love your recipes and enthusiasm Brian...your opinions are heartfelt.
@@DannyD727 haha I’m glad you like Bryan’s taste tests 🥰 and I’m glad you’ve found that these would be cheaper compared to what’s available in stores for you. That’s helpful for me to know!
Kathryn, My granddaughters and I really have been enjoying your videos and we appreciate when Bryan shows much enthusiasm after tasting your delicious food! 😉😋💕
@@ellie4jc009 it’s so nice to hear that you watch our videos together 🥰 I’m glad you enjoy Bryan’s enthusiasm! 😜 I can always count on him to make me laugh and encourage me ☺️
Love 🥰 this recipe video Kathryn because it has two of my favourite ingredients in them peanut and oats. I will have to try them and it's awesome that you don't have to bake them. Love 💗 Kathryn & ❤ Bryan.
@@elainec1833 absolutely! Almond butter will be perfect and will obviously compliment the roasted almond flavour if you include those. I just always have peanut butter on hand so that’s my default nut butter! And they definitely firm up if you store them in the freezer. Even after being in the fridge overnight they firm up. They will soften once they’ve been out of the freezer for awhile and will still have that soft, chewy texture but they definitely stick together better.
@@elainec1833 oh great!! I’m so glad they loved the peanut version and I’m sure you’ll love your almond version too!! Thank you so much for letting me know they were a hit ❤️
Well, if Bryan's go-to reaction comment is going to be "It's okay" from now on... at least we'll know what he REALLY means! ;-) lol If you have this loose and crumbly, to put on top of a yoghurt or mixed in with it, is there a specific yoghurt you personally prefer -- soft, Greek-style, or otherwise? Plain, flavoured, etc.? I'm thinking I might try it out! 🙂
@@blofeld39 haha true 😜 I used to love Greek-style yogurt but I would most often have a plain yogurt and then add some berries, granola and a bit of sweetener myself. There are fewer options now that we are having vegan yogurt and I tend to like the vanilla flavoured ones better than the plain. I’ve found that the taste and texture really varies depending on the brand of vegan yogurt and what it’s made from (coconut, oat, soy etc). You should go with whatever you like most!

Can I use almond butter instead? Do you think if I freeze them will be more firm? 😅
