In this video, I am sharing how I am using RocketBook Fusion and OneNote to stay organized on a daily basis.
No more sticky notes scattered everywhere.
No more wasting of time searching for notes.
Everything lives in OneNote after it is captured on my Rocketbook notebook.

Hello, thanks for the video. I started using ONE NOTE on my new job I started in August 2023. Since I like learning new stuff & liked it, I decided to use it for my personal life. I also got a Rocket Notebook last year but have not used it much. That said, now I'm teaching myself to put these two together & I found your video just in time!😊 I will grab my laptop and Rocket & follow your instructions. Looking forward to learning more from you!

Thanks for the blessing. :) I just got the Core and Mini Rocketbooks a couple of days ago. Right now I'm using them with Google Drive. I've been considering moving to Evernote or OneNote, though.
I tried printing but I've found that I can fit more on the page with cursive. I've found it's a *little* less accurate with cursive, but any errors it makes I can fix afterwards.

I just ordered a Rocket book notebook and was trying to figure out how best to use it. This video is extremely helpful and so well done. I couldn't picture how I could work with the scanned pages once they were uploaded. Your method is the perfect solution for me. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. I am really looking forward to doing a similar thing. 😃

This video is extremely helpful in deciding whether or not a Rocketbook notebook would work for me! I wasn't sure if searching text was only possible inside the Rocketbook app or if I could search the text once it was imported to OneNote, and I couldn't find this info anywhere but in this video. Thank you!! Because I now know my handwriting is converted to text within OneNote, I'll happily buy a notebook. Terrific video, very informative.

That was an awesome video -- it answers my questions regarding how I would integrate this into my work life and also my personal life as well -- I currently use outlook to organize (but that is a different system in itself) - I am also starting to incorporate One Note into my daily routines as well -- I have a tough time taking digital notes and I have a notepad beside me where I take down notes and later I digitize it manually -- I can easily take this tool and incorporate it into stuff I do on a daily basis especially -- this is flippin brilliant - love it, love it -- made my day :)

Thank you for this video. I’ve been told by multiple people that I have to try rocket book so I’m looking into it and your video helped. I’m a OneNote and iPad user. I just can’t get over the fact that I have to break out my phone or iPad to scan the page. It seems like a lot she I can just write on my iPad in OneNote and bypass all that.

I especially love the lists for the next day. A great positive way to look at it and very helpful to do each evening!
Another tip is that you can ## your titles and Rocketbook will automatically name your file that now!

Thank you for the video. I am trying to understand how this works. My question is - What do you do when you want to go see one of your pages? Do you always go into the Rocketbook App and then look for the file name ?

    • @SimplifyOneThing
      @SimplifyOneThing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Hi Veronica, I am so glad that you liked the video. I search directly in my OneNote file. Since I almost always use the OCR feature, I usually have the text at the bottom of my OneNote page which I am able to search on.
The search feature in OneNote is very powerful and we can search across all our OneNote notebooks. I generally have an idea of where I may find the page I am looking for because I organize my OneNote notebooks by context. But even if I forget, the search is great and I can find things pretty quickly that way.
I hope this helps. Good luck with using Rocketbook and OneNote.

Just found your pick on RB. Very helpful. I do seem to struggle to have RB add the scanned pdf's as printouts in OneNote, it just puts the attachment there. This implies I would need to 'convert' each document to make it readable (meaningful) in OneNote. Is there a setting which I've missed?

    Hi Timmie,
Blessings to you as well. I am an unorganized person, and have started to learn about OneNote beginning of the year, but have not stayed on track. I have many notebooks, I am old school and loves to take notes, however I need to get organized and downsize. I may have to rewrite all the notes and transfer them to Rocketbook, but it seems like a long process. I saw some videos by another person, I think Fusion seems to be the best one to order. I need to review your tutorial to be more comfortable.
    Any comments or suggestions? thanks
