  • Walk, cycle, skip and swim: being physically active promotes health and protects people from cancers, diabetes, heart disease and obesity - key forms of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). The Let’s be active campaign is promoting the advice of the WHO Global action plan on physical activity, which was endorsed at the World Health Assembly in 2018.
This video was made in conjunction with the Olympic Channel with footage kindly provided by the Olympic Channel Archive, Ramblers Scotland, Walk21 Hong Kong, the University of Western Australia Swim for refugees initiative and multiple WHO offices.

    I have ✌🏻encouraging comments:
Health is very important, think about how many lives you've changed by allowing people to get a shower and clean up, thus allowing them to become gainfully employed and escape a life of abject poverty.
    AND!
The fact that you're a cosmetologist means you can be trusted near people Connie sister, also you have to absorb so much emotional energy from clients being sick and also the ability to do what I just said gym employees do.

Love the message and couldn't agree more. I'm very active and am always encouraging others to be so as well, but get met with a lot of resistance and I think people just get annoyed. I struggle with finding the right balance of encouraging/motivating people, but not pushing too much.

Just keep sharing your personal story, the reluctant people will start something when the right moment appears. No one knows when that moment will be but you've planted the seed for their change.

Hi can anyone give an idea on how to present for a health campaign? It's an assignment that I have to do (Because the lay population is relatively ignorant of the use and benefits of poultry litter an
education campaign needs to be developed to enlighten people of its safe use. You are required to
develop an educational campaign for poultry farmers on the introduction of recycling poultry waste
into poultry litter. In your campaign you are to answer the following questions in an effort to
encourage persons to utilize poultry waste in an environmentally efficient manner.
But I don't know how to present the info i've gathered any ideas?

Arden, there are two standing theories for what accounts for IQ (acronym for intelligence quotient) from what I've come to understand, nature or nurture. Are your intellectual capabilities simply innate and intrinsic? The notion that God or mother nature is the made determinant of your smarts. Or, is your intelligence determined by your enviornment? For example, do those living in the suburbs with lower crime rates and violence with English speaking parents do better on culturally biased standardized tests? Then there are environmental factors like [Pb] (lead) in drinking water and a lack of access to more nutritious foods by being left stranded in a man-made food desert, whether or not your parents talk, read and sing to you during those vital first years of your brain's development. Irregardless, there are always going to be persons in your life whom love you, grandparents who adore you, a brilliant uncle and an aunt who is a nurse who both love you, and two parents who I adore; to me, you're an expression of their friendship, compromise and love, and the fact that you have a new younger brother means you have a new job as an older sister and that is so, so super important😊I love you Arden!!
