That is most likely an axis motor from a Motoman industrial robot. I've had to replace the encoder a few times on those at work. Mainly because someone hit the encoder with a forklift and broke it.🙄
dear sir how we can diagnose the circuit fault of {vfd}. example vfd give the fault oc1...oc2...oc3...oL1...oL2...oL3...ov1...ov2...ov3... each and every fault. i want to diagnose the fault with circuit pin configuration voltage of ics or other components .please sir you can make the block drawing in this case .you dont make the every layers in the drawing ...just block drawing show the voltage on the component pin configuration... processor has bits in put and bits output and analog inputs and out puts. example 1: c.t out analoge signal ,voltage or mili voltage or mili amp ... respected peepaw you tell me how can i measure it signal and type------------------------------------give to----------------- in op amplifire ic after fact out analog signal-------give to-------------processor... 2 : i give to bit24vdc apply on the {vfd} enable point this bit oprate to opto coupler led opto coupler other point give the bit -----------------------------------to processor...etc please help us
