The versatility of Indian food is INSANE 😮💥 always amazes me how rich the Indian cuisine is!! I’m definitely gonna try this out, love me some potatoes and beet roots are healthy ASF. Thank you Chetna for introducing us to yet another new recipe ❤❤
This looks amazing! Are the peanuts roasted or raw? Also, why did you boil 4 potatoes if you only needed one and a half potatoes? Just wondering what you used the rest for. 😂 … thank you for the awesome recipes! I LOVE beets!
Hi chetna, thanks for sharing this recipe. I recently found your page and I love it! I tried making the tikkis. Taste wise they were great. But mine were a bit soft compared to the tikkis/ kababs they serve in restaurants. Is there a way to give the tikkis more "bite"?

Add bread crumbs/ fine rawa / rice flour/ cornflour. If you want to boost the protein quotient as well as taste then add chickpea flour.
Yes you can add more carbs to it like breadcrumbs or potatoes and then it will have more body to it
@@akankshapatwari4167 thanks! Will try with chickpea flour. Should it be roasted before adding?
@@FoodwithChetna thanks chetna. I'll try the Hara bhara next, that has bread crumbs in it. 🙂
@@sharanyagautam2691 Roasting it will enhance the flavour. But you can add it without roasting too.
It is raining outside
enjoy these with some chai
