- Hello lovelies! I wanted to share with you all my wonderful experience going to onsen with my host family in Japan. I talk about my fears going into it, what the deal was with body hair, how it changed me for the better, etc. and I think you'll find it quite interesting! You are more than welcome to comment any questions or DM them to me on Instagram. Don't be shy! I'm happy to help :) If there are a lot of questions maybe I'll turn them into a Q&A?? Let me know if you'd be interested!

So helpful! Thank you for sharing! Going to Japan next month and I must’ve watched about 10 videos trying to get this insight into what to do/what it’s like 😂
I'm so glad this was helpful! Yeah I was equally confused beforehand and had no idea what to expect but I'm sure you're going to have a great time. People are so kind and friendly and everyone minds their own business so I think you'll easily have a positive experience :) I hope you have an amazing trip!☺
You should come to Europe and experience the FKK, sauna or beach culture over here. Nudity is pretty normal and not a big thing like in the U.S.
I've been getting a small taste of it since I moved to Denmark, and it's been very interesting to see the differences between the culture here and American culture with regard to nudity! I was so shocked at first when I saw people fully naked in locker rooms and such but I'm slowly getting used to it :)
@@GracesVoyage It always takes some time to get used to it. I am from a muslim family and regarding to nudity I was probably raised like an american child... The first time in the sauna felt strange but now it feels so liberating and empowering. BTW you should make more videos!
@@honeywine3330 Ah okay interesting! It does feel really nice now :) Thank you! I have one in the making right now from a recent trip ☺
@@GracesVoyage Can't wait to watch it!
First time I hear about bodypositivity without the woke bullshit attached to it.
I wanted to give it a tumb down since the beginning but I couldn't find any reason to
