Thank you for watching! 😊 Yes, I went during monsoon season in the first half of July. It rained a decent amount but it wasn't too bad in my opinion since in Kathmandu it wasn't very windy. Just make sure to bring or buy an umbrella to carry around with you and wear shoes you don't mind getting a little wet. People even thought we were kind of silly in the beginning when we were walking around in the rain without umbrellas 😆.
If you're planning on hiking though it might affect you more since my guess is that it's more windy in the mountains. However, I had friends that went at the same time I did who went hiking and they had a fantastic time! I've heard there can be more mudslides during this season though so if you are trekking, definitely go with an experienced guide.
