Love the fact you made sure to create a real living room experience. Very homely. I am currently building my Sprinter and am thinking the exact same thing. Happy travelling. Maybe see you on the road one day :-)
These guys have done an amazing job of creating a really relaxed living space with an unique, individualistic design. I like the way the tech stuff is so accessible and is beefed up enough to run everything.

That L shape couch and the drawers/entertainment system. That is super nice. I’ve never seen that design before. And I’ve watched a butt-load of these van tours.
Love their living room area! Having a real couch situation is sometimes I always say I’d need in a van. They did a nice build!
I like the placement variations that the Europeans have. I find in North America, the configurations are always the same with the fixed bed, and kitchen along the sliding door side. I prefer what this couple has done because you can actually have a "living room" where people do tend to spend a lot of time in, especially in colder climates.
I love the lounge as well. As a single person, I could just keep it as a sofa for sleep as well. This is a beautiful van

Wow.. I love the layout!🥰 This is one of the best van builds l have ever seen. You guys didn't use the same template(s) that all the others use for their builds. You went with your own unique layout and style. The entertainment/bedroom area is awesome! It looks like a small one room apartment! Fantastic job!😀👏🏾👏🏾

0:11 Could have flip up table on end of sink unit to create L shaped kitchen, still with cab access
0:15 & 1:04 L shaped sofa bed. Rear view. Garage storage under back section.
2:42 Rear outside shower, gas heater
3:25 Sink at doorway, easy access water containers. Use hose outside. Great drawer with narrow sections either side. Would be better with wooden sink cover.
10:29 Sofa wide and long enough to snooze without extending. Lagune table. Foot stool/extra dining seat. Sideboard storage with TV.
10:54 Cupboard with half size doors, less obstruction. Ikea lightweight drawers/shelves
11:58 Laundry chute to garage
12:33 Bungee cords in upper cupboards
13:10 Tall unit, could be wardrobe. Separates kitchen from lounge. On kitchen side could include tall pull out larder cupboard. Mirror on outside reflecting door view good idea.
19:25 Toilet cupboard, triple fold doors, less obstruction. Toilet on drawer so keeps in place. On end of sofa by door, can use when bed extended and easy removal through door.
I love the pop out sink shelf! Something I think they may like - adding a couple hammock swing chairs to the back of the van. Their back doors have a kind of patio feeling when open. I really think they would enjoy it!

You can use plastic shelves in your cupboards. I love the shower heater.

I usually just see the ones with a standard table and 2 settees set up and then it converts to a bed but I just don't think I'd want to spend much time in that table sitting area. But THIS, I can see myself happily spending time in for SURE. I much prefer living room to bed rather than dining area to bed. SO GOOD!

By far the best van conversion I’ve seen. Really beautiful. The only thing I’d change would be the toilet situation. I prefer privacy when needing to use it. Other than that, it’s awesome! 🍀

The L couch was great contrast to the living room counters. Very nice
So cute. And an out-of-the-box design. It's really a home. This is the kind of design you could forego having an indoor shower for, so you could get all the comforts inside.

*I'm in the states but you could still use the layout. I don't understand, most people use the same old boring layout here in the states. And the same old design. Sure it's pretty but it's so boring because that's all you ever see. That's why I love seeing Van's on Nate's channel.*

it just seems like in the states/canada there's seems to be just that few 2-3 layouts and in europe, they get more fancy, most of it looks like its glamping style. recently i came across korean van conversion channel and well... im just gonna throw it out there, its another level
There's a reason why there are common layouts in the USA: they work. Tried and tested, emerged as a result of the survival of the fittest.
More fancy layouts tend to be less practical and less functional, less convenient.

I love the layout! I’d have done the sink a little differently as it looks a little difficult to load/unload the water but I like it taking up less of the entryway
