Just simply cleaning the rust particles out of the tank, fuel lines, fuel pump and carb really solved the stalling problem. I just delivered the car back to it's owner and it ran great. Unfortunately the ride was shorter than I wanted...I was enjoying the drive!

Really instructive that a car with filters in the fuel system has so much dirt in that same system. Why is that?
The gas tank must have had some moisture in it when the car sat. That is where most of the crud came from.
