Thanks for bringing us this video... it's so nice to see products that are affordable for and good quality at the same time. Sometimes i watch make-up tutorial videos and I get frustrated when they are always using colors and products that i can't afford. But i did just pick up the Make-up geek starter kit, because i have seen a few people talk about them including you. I'm excited to try it and to try some of the products you mention here. I'm hoping that using better quality products, and tools will help disguise my utter lack of skill with APPLYING make-up :P , especially on my eyes. lol. so thanks!!! Laura I love these videos. I get to see what I can find at the drugstore for cheap and what is good quality. I trust your reviews. I wouldn't question them for anything in this world. I literally go to the drugstore and buy some of the products that you meantion every time. The see are so helpful. Specially for me since I'm a beginner and don't want to slend much on makeup.

I haven't used Wet and Wild products since high school except for some lipsticks but I recently discovered the Walking on Eggshells trio and fell in love with it. I will look for the other one you mentioned, it looks beautiful. Oh and I love your wavy hair, it really is gorgeous! :-)

You mentioned my absolute favourite mascara from Essence, and it is still under $5 here in Canada at $4.99 (don't get me started about the differences in prices not due to the exchange rate!!)! I am on the hunt for 'Brulee' and 'Nutty', but I did not realize that you also recommended the small eyeshadow palettes by Wet & Wild, Laura! I have looked, and looked,and looked at them, wondering if they were good quality for their price! I am having a hard time finding your favourite Essence blush colour ('Life's A Cherry'), but I did take a chance and get 'Adorable' or a baby pink , and it wasn't too bad! I found 'Pure Ice' nail colours at Walmart that are under $5 here; the glitter one, 'Over You' in is great for almost all of my favourite manicure colours if I want to embellish just my ring fingers ( because it is turuoise, pink, silver...) and the yellow-toned Lime Green colour in 'Wild Thing' was opaque in just one coat!!Thanks for sharing, missie!! Laura, you definitely need to try the wet n wild color icon bronzer in bikini contest! It is unbelievable! I have pretty much the same skin tone as you..pretty tanned with summer being here now. :) It has a slight reddish undertone that looks absolutely amazing on tanned skin. It gives you that look of being slightly sunburned..like you mentioned in one of your previous videos..so I know you would love it! ♥
Hi Laura! Love watching all of your videos! Could your PLEASE do a makeup for beginners demo vid? I don't really wear a lot of makeup at all, but I wonder how I could enhance my looks with makeup. Specifically what each of the different products are and used for and how to apply. Just something simple and basic for those like me who want to try products but don't know which ones to start out with. Maybe even include a "field trip" to a makeup store or Walgreens because there are SO many products I just don't know what to buy. I don't want to spend a lot of money on things I won't really use, just to try them out. THANKS!! :-)

Can you do a brand series? Like ur fav Mac, urban decay, loreal, maybe line, ect products. Just like a mix of products but one brand at a time.

I love those NYX jumbo eye pencils! I only recently found them at my local CVS thanks to you! Also love the NYX Butter Gloss lip creams! Found those from another beauty vlogger KathleenLights, the colors are so beautiful. I put the color Crème Brulee over top of my new MAC Alluring Aquatics nude lipstick (can't think of the name right now; it's in my purse) and it's so pretty! Sad though cuz it fell out of my pocket at work & I can't find it :( Hafta go buy a new one & possibly pick up some other colors. Definitely try the Butter Glosses out!

You should try the wet n wild mega sticks lip color they're so awesome!! They last all day and so pigmented! Love all their colors they have a weird smell but the smell doesn't stay on your lips. And it's so cheap I think they're like 2.99

Essence Metallic Eye Shadows .! Omg beautiful and last all day . Jordana jumbo lippies love them super pigmented and lasts super long the coral one is my favorite the Jordana fabuliner is awesome too. Essence Lash Mania Reloaded False Lash Mascara love it last all day holds a curl and does not flake buildable. Hope this helps =D
Hi Laura. I enjoyed this video very much. I will have to give the eyelashes another try. I purchased a pair a year ago but never took the time to apply them. My real lashes have thinned out over the years. Also, your nails look so pretty and that color accentuates your skin tone. I trust all is going well in NYC. Hey Laura, love your videos and have been a long time fan of Laura in the Kitchen. I have a suggestion for your vitale style channel. When you swatch something on the back of your hand can you please bring your hand closer to the camera and wait for it to focus so we can get a good look at the product, its just that even though we can see the colors its hard to see the quality of the product if its not close and in focus. Please, keep breaking the rules! There are too many great products out there as to not to chat about them. The big plus is when they go on sale! Wet n Wild needs to re-do their whole blush line, they're terrible, and the colors need to be updated. Nutty is an awesome shade!! I love the Palladio blushes, they have new blushes, too, at Sally's beauty supply. They are bigger, there are 2 berry and 2 peach colors. Very nice, and pigmented perfectly! I used to love the Elf eye primer, but it has become too inconsistant. I found 2 WNW eye liner H2o pencils at Big Lots closeout store, and I love them. I'm not sure if they sell them anywhere, they were in a holiday eye shadow kit. The black/brown color is great!
