The BESTT amazon shaper I have found for pretty much all occasions. My favorite bras and underwear as well. As a rule with shape wear and underwear, always size up one so nothing digs in and you're not uncomfortable. I get so frustrated with bras my boobs are not big barely a B, however my rib cage is large. So I need a 38 but companies tend to think if you're big around you got big boobies..grrrr
