I definitely find Leclercs change in driving style in qualifying vs the race to be quite impressive, but one very unique thing that he does that no one else does is he never fully comes off the throttle in certain corners, you can see it in the data, I think he uses it to tame the overseer flick midcorner.
@@WolfeF1Explainedif you actually write the words the AI reads and not chatgpt it might not be complete shit but in the first minute of this video the same shit has been said three times already. it’s just a lazy and pathetic grab for money from actual f1 fans.
I’d love to see Gasly in a faster car now. He really struggled in Redbull but he’s developed so much since that he could probably be champion in the fastest car
I have a question. Does a difference between aggressive and smooth driving style depend on whether the driver relies on mechanical or aerodynamic grip? Smoother drivers gain time in high speed corners, where stability is key for aero and aggressive drivers tend to brake late and gain time in slower corners?
Good question. Aggressive and smooth typically refer to their steering inputs. In the slow corners, where mechanical grip is key, I would say drivers are more aggressive, but this is quite variable in that all drivers are different!
I'd suggest a series comparing drivers where they have changed significantly in style over the years. For example pre-09 Hamilton was very wild on his flying laps, the tail wagging everywhere

ngl now the ai voice feels a bit annoying might even effect view count due to algorithm
Interesting! I found it to have the opposite effect.
@@WolfeF1Explained i think the voice is ok, but the continuous repetition of the same words feels a little bit annoying
After hearing multiple AI voice overs I found that real ones even if amateurish sound way more pleasant and natural. Even text is better IMO.

tired of the ai voice tbh

Would love to see Gasly back in RedBull partnering Max again.
I suggest analyzing championship battles race by race, and in each race you cite how the circuit helped the driving style of the rival drivers.

Emotionless commentary. I wish ppl would stop using AI voices especially for technical subjects
Interesting take! I have had mixed impressions of the ai voice.
