  • Ranveer is a testament to the fact that great things can come from humble beginnings. He was from a family of landlords in Lucknow so that bit was taken care of, but for his culinary passion, he needed to rub shoulders with those on the streets to find his calling.
    Having assisted a kebab vendor at an early age, Ranveer knew that his stomach and his heart were in the right place. Inspired by the gut, he took to becoming a chef and by 25 he became the youngest executive chef in the country.
    He landed up in Boston, Massachusetts and set that stage on fire with an exquisite fine dining experience called ‘Banq’.
    Then came a flurry of television shows - eight to be exact, followed by regular appearances as a judge on MasterChef India. He, then, published his first cookbook titled ‘Come Into My Kitchen’ in the summer of 2016.
