i wouldnt call it normalizing hiding under that tent. quite the opposite actually. i am sure she could have found a camera angle to not have her boobs on youtube or she could have paused the shoot. but hiding under that thing felt really extreme to me.

Josephine, besides the kudos for the great content, the MESSAGE of this video is just EPIC. Breastfeeding your beautiful baby and taking care of him while still doing your thang is just everything! So many women are afraid to breastfeed or don't know how to start (been there), I feel like this is such a great practice to share. I was not able to breastfeed for too long but I am glad I did for the time I could. If you are pregnant or a new mom (and if the baby is not allergic, sometimes happens too!) just keep trying and things are gonna start happening! Our body was created in amazing ways by God. Mama, you got this! >)
OMG I love that shawl for breastfeeding. 46 years ago, when I breast fed my son, we didn't have that; I had to find a quiet, secluded corner where I could put my back to people. He's beautiful! Oh, I saw some nice ballet stuff on this video too.
It's always surreal to me when I read of mothers doing this. Where I live, we don't care. Mothers are on baby schedule, everybody knows that. We don't bat an eye. And the few people who do are outright ignored.
