Heat up the wok at high flame. 2. Pour egg syrup in wok. 3. Turn to low flame. Cover up the wok. Cook for 2 minutes. 4. Turn off fire. Cover up the wok. Leave it for 3 minutes. 5. Turn to low flame, cover up the wok. Leave it for 2 minutes. 6. Turn off fire. Cover up the wok. Leave it for 3 minutes. 7. Complete. Put egg pie on chopping board and cut in pieces. 8. The sauce, mix well with tap water 30ml. Heat up at high flame. Put the egg pieces in wok. Fry well. 9. Complete. Put on plate.
