⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ Radish Pork Rib Soup蘿蔔排骨湯 材料: 排骨半斤 蘿蔔1斤 薑(厚身連皮)2片 芫荽1棵 處理: 1. 排骨,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 排骨,用少許鹽撈勻。 3. 蘿蔔,去皮,刨2次。 4. 蘿蔔,打橫1開3,打直切一片片。 5. 蘿蔔,用粗鹽1茶匙加入滾水浸5分鐘,除去苦澀味。 烹調: 1. 大火在煲內煲滾水1升。 2. 薑,洗乾淨,拍鬆,放入煲。 3. 芫荽,洗乾淨,切出根部,放入煲。其餘切碎,放碗中。 4. 放排骨入煲,大火煲滾,轉慢火煲10分鐘。 5. 蘿蔔已浸好鹽水10分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,放入煲內,大火滾5分鐘。 6. 湯已煲了5分鐘,熄火,倒入碗中。 7. 加入芫荽碎。 8. 完成,可享用。 Pork ribs soup with white radish Ingredients: Pork ribs 0.5 catty White radish 1 catty Ginger (thick with skin) 2 slices Coriander 1 No. Preparation: 1. Pork ribs, rinse with tap water. Hang dry. 2. Pork ribs, mix well with little salt. 3. White radish, get it peeled. Peel for 2 times. 4. White radish, cut in 3 pieces horizontally. Cut in slices vertically. 5. White radish, soak in boiled~up water with cooking salt 1 tsp for 5 minutes, to remove the unpleasant tastes. Steps: 1. Heat up water 1L at high flame in pot. 2.
