Hope you enjoyed the video guys! Great to have Grant on the channel talking about the biggest strength in his game right now! Is there anything you are excited to try after watching this? Let us know down below👇
Your ‘almost squat’ in your downswing makes sense from a biomechanical standpoint. When you dip a little bit your glutes are in a stronger position for explosive contraction so you’ll feel more powerful. Without the dip, your hips are extended and your glutes aren’t in an ‘as strong’ position. Also the pre-loading in your backswing is training your stretch reflex which again creates more power. Clean 👌🏼
Grant is everywhere, he’s like the Drake of the golf world. Collabs with everybody. Best swing is not an exaggeration, dude is solid and I love his teaching videos, so easy to follow without all the technical junk. Always smiling and humble
I have to say - I wasn't really a fan of TH-cam golfers until I saw this guy come along. Yes, Grant DEFINITELY has a great golf swing - but more than that - he is a genuinely humble and nice all around guy. Always positive and such a good example for the younger players who are learning the game.
Y'all were the first youtube golf channel I followed about 3 years ago. Discovered good good last year, crazy how the landscape of youtube golf has changed in such a short time. Y'all were at the forefront, so cool to see Grant on the channel.
It makes me happy to see everyone’s game growing, but also seeing your channels progress over the years. Really pumped that golf has such great ambassadors of the game. Golf is in a great place because of guys like you. Cheers to everyone’s success.
OK, I've been watching Grant for a long time. I think his swing thoughts are what all golfers need to focus in on. To Grant, if you're not seeking a PGA tour career, then assume the status of a foremost teacher as you already are. You not only have the thoughts that ALL good golfers know are necessary, but you are adept at teaching those thoughts to others who don't know them yet. You DON"T need to be on the TOUR, just set yourself up as a "Top Tier" teacher, that you already are and you will have a list of eager students over a MILE long to fill any lesson times you might have available! Believe me, I've been around and have watched the best golfers in the WORLD up close and personally for over 40 years. I've also played a GOOD game of golf at about 5 handicap over 30 years ago. I know what people are missing, and that's a teacher like you who loves this game and the LORD Jesus. I've been a pastor and Christian for over 30 years and I think I know your true love.........
Before I go out to play a round I make it a point to watch Grant’s swing….effortless…..no doubt he has the best swing on TH-cam…thanks guys for bringing him on….
For me it is the feel of keeping the right heel in the ground until I have hit the ball. I don´t do it fully, but the feel that keeping the right heel down does stop me early extending
You managed to get my swing crush on video, made my day. I remember meeting him and watching him play live was a joy to watch, good job fellas and thank you.
Love his honesty about the gym thing. Going to gym is not for gains or absolute strength, it's to make the usual, normal things and movements that much easier to do.
Just from the first couple mins of the video of how the lead arm is straight but still not a full shoulder turn. Made me realize I do that thinking I shoulder turn a lot, thanks for that fellas! Back to the swing grind per usual 😂
That’s pretty cool to hear Grant say that his first move into the downswing is to feel that slight squat to get rid of the waist popping forward. That was EXACTLY what I tried to keep the same thing from happening to me and it worked perfectly as well. It also increased my club head acceleration through the ball as I rotated around through the release which added about 15-20 extra yards to my average drive distances. It was the perfect fix. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
You guys need to get out there and collab more often with other TH-cam golfers, really enjoyed this and the break 30 video. Be nice to see a session with Dan Grieve, given there's a lot less glamour in short game we don't see enough content on YT 👍
Contrary to what people think when loading up on the backswing , the v formed by both arms lines up with your sternum otherwise u will get stuck coming down - hope that helps
my last trackman read that I had a 6 degree angle of attack. does not seem possible I hit up that far, 3 degrees seems so much more controllable and efficient.
Gents content is great. Just a little bit of constructive feedback. There are way too many camera changes throughout the intro section with Chomper Jnr (in my opinion of course). It is quite distracting, sometimes less is more.
Here is a summary for you. Ensure that you have a good amount of turn early in the back swing so so you can sequence the body arms and club better. At the top of the back swing, feel most of the weight in the trail leg. If you want to find a fairway under pressure try teeing the ball lower. If you want some extra yards, tee it higher.
Please do more collaborations. Get Micah, Bryan’s brothers, bustajack and Grant. You all would change youtube golf. Instructional and the course content…YES
I mean there's a lot of youtube golfers that have better swings. Grants swing is pretty smooth but I'll take Kown or one of the Bryan Bros but they are all pros.
I keep seeing these guys (multiple channels) on their practice swing exaggerating like they're squatting down as they're swinging through the ball but in reality during their swings, their head never dips down, so I don't understand this concept? Nobody is actually swooping down and then standing back up in their full swing. If they drew a line over the top of his head, it wouldn't even dip down below the line and then back up to it During their full swing. Any thoughts on this?
I never understood the "pushing down" part of swing. It clearly doesn't look like Grant is going any lower after finishing his loading fase. It actually looks like he is just extending it, no pushing down or squatting down what so ever
Apologies Charlie! Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to pull it down for now. However we are confident we can come up with a solution to have it going back up this weekend! We will keep everyone updated on our community👍
Don’t think it’s the case of amateurs not wanting to turn their shoulders more. More of a mobility issue, many people take up golf later in life and are stiff as a board. Golf’s biggest problem, addressing symptoms instead of fixing the root cause
Definately. Quite underrated part is mobility. All this talk about do this do that but main issue you cant swing like a pro because you cannot put your body in same positions as them due to lack of mobility. People would get better results if they focused on physicality and increased core strength and flexibility and less on their swing.
Interestingly enough that players that are considered great drivers of the golf ball also say their wedges are what they need to work on and great wedge players struggle with the driver, hmmmmmmm
Wish golf pros could agree one way of communication and instruction. All very confusing. I suppose you’ve just got to stick with one that works best for you otherwise there you’ll notice a significant amount of contradiction
Hope you enjoyed the video guys! Great to have Grant on the channel talking about the biggest strength in his game right now! Is there anything you are excited to try after watching this? Let us know down below👇
Dan Grieve pls!!
Thanks for having me guys! Was an absolute pleasure
Our pleasure Grant. 👍🏻
Grant! You the man!

Grant is a superstar. The dude came on Good Good and he now gets as many views as anyone in youtube golf. It's insane.
Grant is everywhere, he’s like the Drake of the golf world. Collabs with everybody. Best swing is not an exaggeration, dude is solid and I love his teaching videos, so easy to follow without all the technical junk. Always smiling and humble
ITS A BOREFEST NOW!

Yes we enjoyed spending some time with Grant. We have a playing video coming very soon.
So humble when they said he had the best swing on TH-cam! Always loved Grant!
Grant is straight up gem!
TH-cam golf > PGA / LIV.
Grant is leading the charge. And I’m here for it.
I have always enjoyed MeandMyGolf videos and adding Grant as a guest is a natural. Grant is the most likable guy in TH-cam golf.
Glad you enjoyed this Dan. We have a great playing video coming very soon.

Appreciate the support and hope you enjoyed the video.👍🏻
Back in the days with entertaining matches against Crossfield & Gorilla Golf (James Wiltshire) ! 👍👍
What a nice guy Grant is, you can't help but love him.
Yes great guy Drew.
It makes me happy to see everyone’s game growing, but also seeing your channels progress over the years. Really pumped that golf has such great ambassadors of the game. Golf is in a great place because of guys like you. Cheers to everyone’s success.
Two of my favorite TH-cam golf collaborators collaborating, awesome!!
A Top lad Grant. Glad he’s doing so well after leaving good good.
Yep, Grant is definitely the best thing to happen to TH-cam Golf ! 👍🙏

Great video guys. I love collabs like this. Grant really has a nice swing.
Glad you enjoyed it. We have more to come.
He has an effortless, beautiful golf swing, top notch stuff⛳️💯
Before I go out to play a round I make it a point to watch Grant’s swing….effortless…..no doubt he has the best swing on TH-cam…thanks guys for bringing him on….
no G. Bryan is 2x the player
He said the best swing. Not the best player. Ha and there is a difference.
Love to watch Grant’s swing. Great tempo. Big fan!
Would be so good to see Grant Horvat on tour. You would learn so much Grant.
For me it is the feel of keeping the right heel in the ground until I have hit the ball. I don´t do it fully, but the feel that keeping the right heel down does stop me early extending
"Best" might be a bit of an overstatement, but he definitely knows what he's doing! Love the collab.
It's hard to find many better in our opinion. Hope you enjoyed the video.
Awesome video, I agree 100% , i also feel like the back swing is more important.
You managed to get my swing crush on video, made my day. I remember meeting him and watching him play live was a joy to watch, good job fellas and thank you.
Glad you enjoyed the vid. Yes his swing is a beauty to watch. We have a playing video coming soon also.
@@meandmygolf. Between Andy and Grant, thats all the swings i need....Stu
Great collaboration contents.

Hope this was useful.👍🏻
Well done guys the strike of a professional is excellent the sound is different 👏 😊
Grant does have a beautiful swing
Grant Horvat is pure gravy. Never seen a swing more metronic.
Super star ✨
Great collab! Grant does have one of the smoothest, textbook swings on YT. And the best personality to go with it too! Team Chompers!
Glad you enjoyed this. We have a playing video coming out soon also.
Didn’t know I needed this collab
Great collab, with Grant gents. He appears to be a solid guy and also has a good knack for teaching. Keep up great work 🙌
Nice seing Grant! Cool video guys

My 3 favorite TH-cam-golf people in one video.
Thanks Alex. Hope you enjoyed it.
I like how he mentioned another guy other than himself
His first tip is crucial for a good drive. I started to make that my main focus and my average drive went up 40 yards!!!
He's truly a consummate professional. All class
He is so fun to watch
The day I saw Grant had landed Taylormade, i got so excited at the thought of this cross over. My two favourite channels combined.
If the squat is first is the lateral weight shift to the front side comes in when?
You guys are hot on 1M subscribers. Hoping you get those last 80k by EOY.
You guys need to get out there and collab more often with other TH-cam golfers, really enjoyed this and the break 30 video.
Be nice to see a session with Dan Grieve, given there's a lot less glamour in short game we don't see enough content on YT 👍
yes the best swing on you tube
Awesome video guys
grant is class
yyuuuuuuuuuuuuuge for Grant lets go my guy!
MORE GRANT HOVART VIDEOS
Grant does have a beautiful swing but I think I slightly prefer Brad Dalky's. Love watching the powerful load and explosion through the golfball
I m confused between depth in the swing and also people say about having the club to far behind
Contrary to what people think when loading up on the backswing , the v formed by both arms lines up with your sternum otherwise u will get stuck coming down - hope that helps
NEW BUZZWORD, DONT WORRY ITLL BE SOMETHING ELSE NEXT WEEK.
Early on Grant mentions pushing off with his right leg. Could you please go into more detail?
my last trackman read that I had a 6 degree angle of attack. does not seem possible I hit up that far, 3 degrees seems so much more controllable and efficient.
I tried lifting my heel with the driver for more club head speed and it never creates more swing speed for me for some reason
Gents content is great. Just a little bit of constructive feedback. There are way too many camera changes throughout the intro section with Chomper Jnr (in my opinion of course). It is quite distracting, sometimes less is more.
Appreciate the feedback👍🏻

This man is exactly where God intended him to be
Grantinho Horvant!!!
Lol he hit 3 bad drives in a row. I'd deff say the Bryan bros are the best swings on TH-cam
I mean there's a lot of youtube golfers that have better swings. Grants swing is pretty smooth but I'll take Kown or one of the Bryan Bros but they are all pros.
Grant Horvat, George Bryant and Gaby have the best golf swing on TH-cam.
Grant is pissed that they didn’t mention the 315 carry but were quick to highlight the 260 carries 😂
lol was it 315 carry the monitor screen said 315 distance ?
@@jameslovering9158 Said 315 Carry on the screen that they showed.
@@paybax Well indeed thats impressive !
Like watching Grant, that is some swing....
Andy, your swing is pretty darn smooth. Sorry Piers nice socks.
Thanks Simmo!!!

Yes this is just a feel to maintain posture rather than dip down. This helps Grant stay in posture rather than stand up and "Early Extend"
I got a feeling - Black eyed peas 😂
We came for the tips, we stayed for Piers’ socks!
What do you do if you really want to rip one? Hands club to tig.
I never understood the "pushing down" part of swing. It clearly doesn't look like Grant is going any lower after finishing his loading fase. It actually looks like he is just extending it, no pushing down or squatting down what so ever
Golfers always talk about feel not what actually happens visually but the muscle tense up in those areas.
@meandmygolf need to do a video lesson on me and see my speed
millions of golfers with a bad right hip drop kicking the club head behind the ball...Tom Saguto for the win
Please tell me there is a match coming soon 🤟🏼
Will have to see next week won't you👀🏌⛳😂
Great video! Grant on @Meandmygolf what a great collaboration. Will we see Grant, Andy, and Piers on course together?
Glad you enjoyed it Ronnie! We may have something in line for next week👀🏌
👀👀👀
Grant is the heir to Rick. Only difference is Grant can actually hit a ball.
are you guys not doing the matching outfits anymore?
What happened to the 9 hole scramble video with Grant? Was able to watch only a few holes yesterday and now it’s gone…. 🤷🏻♂️
Apologies Charlie! Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to pull it down for now. However we are confident we can come up with a solution to have it going back up this weekend!

@@meandmygolf.thanks for the update. You guys were doing great…I was looking forward too seeing how low could you go!! 💪🏼🏌🏻
Golfers gonna look mad zesty after watching this vid💀
Tell me that is not a textbook cumulus cloud
Swedish shoes ;)
Lol if that is what a miss-hit looks like for Grant I think I need a different name for my miss-hits 😂
Grant is like Star Wars, he's great but man he's on every channel and it's a bit fatiguing at this point.
I know it's crazy, but you aren't being forced to watch any video, it's in your control to pick something else ;)
Well that’s what happens when you are in high demand and everyone loves him. That’s like saying Al Pacino is in too many movies.
Don’t think it’s the case of amateurs not wanting to turn their shoulders more. More of a mobility issue, many people take up golf later in life and are stiff as a board. Golf’s biggest problem, addressing symptoms instead of fixing the root cause

Garrett will be laughing at grants squatting
Is that the new Taylormade driver Grant's using?
Stealth 2 - just custom colors

holy shit, you guys aren't wearing the same clothes....I'm so proud

George Bryan is the BEST on TH-cam but Grants is ahight
Or you can just learn the single plane swing.
This page is really reeling. You had Rory at one point and now this guy? come on
It makes me cringe to know that Grant sat in a follow through pose and smiled at the camera like that for a series of potential thumbnail pictures.
I like Grant but “best golf swing on TH-cam” is a stretch
