Hi, I am using insta360 one X2. when I drag gopro FX reframe effect into the clip, I am not able to change the projection to gopro 4k... All I got there is HD, Social, UHD, 4K DCI... Is it because of X2 camera or is it something else ?
I am considering making some 360° videos and putting them up on TH-cam. However, I also worry about people possibly taking exception to being in the video and asking me to blur faces. Can you do this in the TH-cam video editor? Aka I don't want to have to take down the video edit it and lose any views.
Hello! I hope you can answer my question. After applying the GoPro FX in Premiere pro, my 360 video clip became smaller and there's a black border around it.
Any tips on working between After Effects and Premiere with 360 footage? If I use the GoPro VR Reframe effect in Premiere, it works fine. I like to use After Effects to add motion blur, so when I “Replace with After Effects Composition” the footage isn’t merged smoothly in After Effects. Instead, the stitch lines are visible. It’s super weird.
You can actually use Reframe FX directly within after effects. What 360 camera are you shooting on? Also, motion blur comes with Reframe FX but you can also use CC force motion blur in AE.
KYLER HOLLAND Mainly the GoPro Fusion. I merge in GoPro Studio, then export the stitched file. I like the CC Force Motion Blur effect better. I get around the problem by exporting from Premiere, then importing to AE, but that workflow is really a pain. I’ve had the issue with the GoPro Max as well.
@@JonWyattMedia dang I'm sorry to hear that. :( well I must say I have no stitching issues with the ONE R if you want to make the switch to a modular system but it must be something to do with the stitching gopro is doing. Is there a way to change the stich mode in the gopro app?

My final video is a mix of 5K and 1080p and I'm exporting at 1080p. Is it necessary for me to batch export as 5K for optimal workflow or could I get away with exporting as an HEVC or H.264? Thanks.
Bro i`m having such a terrible time. I see that you exported the Inst360 file in 5.7k, but then in your sequence you are working in 4k and can easily use the Go Pro FX Reframe. I can´t seem to do that, every time i drag my video in 5.7k and try to set the sequence to 4k, my video is cut and warped and i cant use the Re frame at all because my video gets all cut and warped. Any clues to why is that hapenning?

@@BuenaOndaSocialClub exactly! For 360 you can export the video directly from premiere. Premiere will know that it is a 360 video because of meta data.

I don't know If I have a video on that. Buttt you can simply adjust the speed using speed and duration by right clicking on your clip!

it wont be 360 with this method, to export 360, use a 2:1 aspect ratio and check ( is vr) in render

You should be able to just select UHD and it'll work!

PS: proxy your videos if your PC/laptop still lags the 1/8 resolution reduction in your program monitor

Hmmm maybe check out Insta360's website. I think you have to download drivers.

Kyler you are exporting 4K non 360 video. Some people might not catch that.
It's not done to be played in a 360 Mask, at the end you use it for your normal edits, for youtube or instagram for exemple, in 4K
