I know you're referencing a Corridor Crew video (Carbon knives), but actually it is not. Carbon fiber is pretty fragile, while very resistant to bending. I'm an amateur cyclist, and carbon bikes are very stiff and very light, but just a small impact will crack them and make them unusable, and unfixable. I prefer steel (because I'm poor) since it can always be welded and bent back in place, but my wet dream is a Titanium bike. As stiff as Carbon, as light and reliable as Aluminium, and the vibration/kickback is very similar to steel.

And then just call someone to notify him of his deadliness. This way noone knows if he's a zombie or not, so u can build some drama for ureselfs and viewers, something like son-dad or a couple scenario when some of them might just turn into zombie at any moment. This will make it for you so tense, instead of just pretending you not the patient-0 after you picked that zombie card. Keep up the good work!

I think Sam was perfect for the general character, wardrobe and characteristically too. The point is that the character is immature and projects what he thinks a general should look like. Having him wear accurate clothes and or have Jake play the character would defeat the purpose.
I got a very stupid idea that wont work and is not even good for attempting. The idea is: make a custom iron shield just shaped as a tank projectile and make it as for a gopro to go in, then load the ammo in, then shoot it with the gopro XD. Maybe the dumbest idea i have had so far
