I'm not a baker and my only claim to fame is the chocolate sheet cake my Mom handed down to me. However, your videos are so well-thought out and thorough, I feel like even I could make the cakes you show.
And those roses are pieces of art. I've seen other bakers who use icing to quickly make them and I'm sure that's fine for some cakes. But, wedding cakes should be so special. I'm sure your have plenty of pleased customers.

Hi there your rose is beautiful! Just a question did you use the same size cutter to complete the whole rose ?
Yes, the same size cutter makes the entire rose. If you want a larger, fuller rose, than add in one last layer of petals from a larger cutter.

Flowers making style is too good but what is the Yellow base? Z&white buds both how can we make?
I am a starter what the difference between gumpaste abd fondant and how does the flowers get dried?
If the flowers are not edible, why not use artificial (plastic) flowers?

Hi, chef! What do you called that yellow square thing? Thanks!
It's a foam pad for flower shaping. If you search something like, "fondant and gumpaste flower shaping pad," you'll find these. The one Chef Alan is using is thicker than most and may be available on his site. It's nice to have some cushioning to prevent tears and also to allow you to thin with the ball tool. Hope that helps.
