  • Stand on one leg, with your opposite hip flexed.
    The goal is to create as much tension as possible, from your big toe and arch on the floor, through your knee, your hip, and your trunk.
    Press your hands forward directly in front of your belly button. This will create rotation demand at your trunk. The goal is to stay completely steady and breathing throughout this activity!
    You can slightly unlock your standing knee - to practice stability in this position as well.
