Wow those are some major improvements! I suspect sometime in 2023 you'll be running a few marathons (or half-marathons) yourself. An interesting side note question to you is if you have read the literature with respect to hepatic regeneration and hypoglycemia? The key takeaway from the last decade is that inducing a state of relative hypoglycemia is the main trigger for liver regeneration and that glucose supplementation inhibits this (the biohacker's conclusion is that it may be prudent to limit free feed glucose if you are feeling hungry).
