    Very helpful video . Thank you ! When using the calculator you presented in this video ,what frequency do you use for the switching frequency for a Push/Pull DC-DC converter ? Is it the control chip switching frequency or the transformer switching frequency? The transformer magnetics switching frequency is half the control chip switching frequency when using a push/pull topology . So if you have a control chip switching at say 100KHz then the transformer magnetics is switching at 50KHz when using a push/pull topology . Do you use the 100KHz parameter or the 50KHz parameter for the switching frequency when using the calculator in this case?

    Sir, you choose Diameter of wire 2 or 4 mm, is this too much? Is this so thick?

      this is for example.
      I mentioned that if 2mm wire is available and you want to use it
      otherwise we have select wire from chart
      or we have to calculate using wire selection formula for desired switching frequency

    I have a ferrite core (CS400125) permeability 125. 168nH.... Dimensions 4cm outside diameter. 24mm inner diameter. 14mm thick. how many mm of copper wire do you need? how many turns to get 2.5 mH for high FREQUENCY inverter filter output sir...?🙏🙏🙏

      5L0380is used for flyback operation. so this method cannot be used for single mosfet driver circuit
      because it is push pull driver calculation
