Someone told me I need to use a solar inverter 3 times the rating of AirCon because it is inductive load. But I'm thinking PWM inverter driven Air con is not inductive load.

you can use the same design. 3500 watt is its maximum limit, if you want to take 1500 watt, just in calculation use 1500 watt
