    Man, this looks tough! I'm adding it to your bodyweight only program right away! This is one of the things I love the most about you guys. Not only your programs are never boring, but with all the videos you post all the time, I can always throw a new workout in basically any program, and I NEVER EVER get bored. That is truly awesome.

    Kelli and Daniel,
    I completed this workout after a long period of ceased exercise and I feel great! I kept up and was sweating profusely by the end!
    You two have been a part of my fitness journey since the beginning and I am highly appreciative! After trying so many other videos on youtube and programs, I always find myself coming back to your videos. Please continue to do what you do!
    Also, these pyramid HIIT workouts are amazing. Please create more!

    I am 35 weeks pregnant but have been doing your workouts my entire pregnancy. of course I modify where needed. but can't wait to do this one to the best of my ability after I deliver!! thank you fitness blender!! I give this one a 5 for today :)

    Curious; How long do your workouts usually last?
    We usually workout 3-5x/week, for about 30-45 minutes.

      When I'm studying they only last 30 minutes (busy people program) but when I'm on vacations they last about 1 hour. Always 5 times per week.

      I work out about 3-5x a week for about 30 minutes depending on my schedule. I chose that frequency/time based on what you guys do! Thank you for leading by example! Love FB & hope you guys bring back shirts soon (just had to throw that out there)!

      I work out five times a week and each workout I do lasts about an hour. And thank you FitnessBlender for all your awesome videos! :D

      Usually 4-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes, an equal mix of HIIT and strength training. And on my rest days I still try to go for a long walk and catch up on podcasts. :)

      fukazpolska I know what you mean! I hated squats so much but I am beginning to like them now. Once you start noticing the results, nothing is as difficult as it seemed!

      I love them too, I sprained my wrist a while back & had to take a break from burpees, & I actually missed them...I really like the rhythm & sense of agility that comes with them!

    This was SO fun! I normally find HIIT workouts boring bc it’s usually ABAB or AAABBB, but this pyramid style was great!

    We have done pyramids before Dan, I was less fit than I am today & it caned me. This was still tough, my chest was tight & my breathing was laboured. Fortunately, it was a short workout. Breathing back to normal & I feel good. Thanks

    Added to Favorites! Love this pyramid format. It keeps me moving and it doesn't feel as tedious as 3-4 rounds of the same exercise. Meets my "bored easily" criteria. Keep 'em coming Daniel and Kelli!

    I love fitness blender! I'm on my last week of FB Burn, I'm going to miss the routines so much I'll have to buy another 4 week program. Totally worth every penny. This was the first routine I actually finished the stretches, usually i just do my own quick cool down because I'm so depurate for a shower after a FB sweat session, but today I wanted to enjoy the stretch and it felt awesome! Thank you Daniel and Kelli for being so consistent with your great content :) Much love from Florida!

    Wow, I stopped after the first pyramid set and was going to skip to the cool down. But then the break ended and Daniel was talking to me and I told myself to just do the second set and I'm so glad I did. I mean I'm tired as hell, but the "Workout Complete" is so much more rewarding!!!

    The summer heat is just kicking in and I am feeling lay-zee. I have been merely going through the motions with my workouts and have skipped an extra day over the last couple of weeks. If you and Kellie are lacking inspiration for an upcoming video, a motivational video would be fantastic. How do we push through the lull? Especially when it feels like we have hit a plateau and are feeling tired and sweaty from the summer heat. Thanks!

    I did it, it was great! Loved that the rest lasted 15 sec! :) Pyramid workouts are definitely not 'get-fit-quick-schemes' (LOL), but after almost two months of doing your trainings every day I feel a lot better both physically and mentally!

    Just want to say thank you for including cool downs sometimes because its a small thing to do but it's so important and makes the pain of the workout worth while 😂 thank you so much since you guys are one of the few TH-cam channels that do this 👍

      Agreed, like for me i wasn't feeling like i was completely about to die which was nice for once xD. I added 10 min strength training and 5 min cardio with it and then i was dead

    Btw, I've been working out with you guys for so long that I was able to easily adjust the intensity to lower impact for all of the moves. My knees aren't as young as they used to be, but I can still complete hiit if I adjust it to lower impact 👍🏻

    This was intense, but i wish i'd pushed myself harder. It was over before i knew it and i wasn't as tired or fatigued as i should have been. Has anyone else watched Daniel's videos and have almost been too afraid to go all out? I'll do this again tomorrow and let him kick my ass!!
