I've been using mine for the last 5 years or so, no complaints EXCEPT the cheesy tuning knob, it FEELS cheap and nasty, but it works OK. Only paid $160 for mine. Not bad for a radio that does 18w AM , 45w SSB and 60w FM out of the box, and covers low 25Mhz to 30Mhz. Only issue is any programmng requires a "lid off" connection, unless you cut your cable and fit a USB socket to the rear panel .Not needed unless you plan on re programmng many times over, once the bands are set, there is no real need for any further programming. And switching from 10m to 11m use is a simple procedure of holding two buttons on power up, factory built in naughty boy use.
